Excellent title company! Such a big difference over previous experiences! All for Paul and Aurora!

This title company was chosen by the seller in a transaction for a sale. I am not a difficult customer by any means, but the quality of customer service was garbage. I literally had to call them multiple times a day to get a hold of anyone besides the receptionist to receive answers to basic questions that they refused to answer via email. I waited 5-6-7 buissness days for any kind of response before calling, and even then, nothing. When confronted about their lack of communication all I get as a response is "Well, we're slower because of covid". Last time I checked, emails aren't that hard to respond to. Do not use them and save yourself the frustration.
