VERY DISSAPOINTED! I ordered some weep hole straws for my house, when they arrived they looked like they had pulled out of a 30 year old house. All crumpled, stained yellow and MANY were broken at the ends. I phoned today to get a refund and was told that the store would not refund me and to call a 1-800 number. I did many times, was always put to voicemail and after requesting a callback, I did not get one all day. They obviously do not care about customer service in any way, to send me a used product passed off as new and in the condition they came in is a joke. Then to refuse to rectify the situation adds insult to injury. What a sham
