Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Bellevue/Downtown

Great hotel for the couple days in town for work. Desk staff, bartenders and room staff were all great, very friendly, greeted all the time. Location is great. Quick walk to good food, sports bars and shopping. Great place I'd come back to stay for personal also

I am so happy I chose this hotel. I was going back-and-forth between this hotel, the Hyatt, the Marriott, and a couple of others. While the location of some of the others is right on the main street, the price to me did not justify the difference. It only took me 8 to 10 minutes to walk to some of the wonderful restaurants on the Main Street.
The room is clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, and the service is great. Another reason for my choice is that the hotels five minutes down the road had a parking fee of anywhere between 40 and $55 a night! This hotel is only $25 per night common wonderful considering the competition in the area I will be staying here again.

Nice hotel; clean, everything worked, loved the parking garage. Only "problem" (and honestly it wasnt even a problem, more an annoyance) was that I'd checked in via the app, and it still made me go to the front desk, who still had to issue regular keys even though I'd requested the mobile key. Clearly they knew something I didn't though, because about 1 out of every 3 times, the mobile key would absolutely not work, and it never worked in the garage. So hooray for actual room keys and a forward-thinking desk receptionist.

Other than that, clean, quiet, super quick room service and Starbucks on the ground floor. Will definitely stay there again.

This was the first time I had stayed at the Courtyard in Bellevue and I must say I was really impressed at the room size and how well the hotel was presented. Very clean. Easy check in & check out process. Staff very attentive and friendly. Gym was a little small and tight but the equipment was well placed. A short work to the Bellevue square. Bonus if you like Starbucks, access through the lobby.

Natsuni is the most empathetic, compassionate, bar-raising representative of this establishment that anyone could wish for....she really made me feel important, satisfied my concerns, delivered results, and was friendly and beyond competent. :) Because of her, I will come back. I work at Amazon and have a high-bar....and discerning expectations. Natsuni delivered on all accounts! Thank you Natsuni!! :)

Great place for a quick stay that provides all the essentials. Easily walked to the Bravern across the street for shopping and dinner, then visited the hotel bar later that night. Well stocked mini store. Gated parking is underground and affordable.

Bartender Michael was great. Lots of good conversation and great with fun facts and trivia! Hard worker! Hotel was booked full Couldn’t get a room, but came back for dinner b/c of Michael.

Spectacular room overlooking the courtyard. Room had a shower/tub combo which is a welcome change from other hotels. Very little road noise even though it is right off the 405! Picked this hotel because we could easily walk to the Meydenbauer Event Center. Will definitely stay here again.

If I could give this property more stars, I would! The room was spacious and clean, the offerings at the breakfast buffet (although limited) was delicious and the service par excellence! Kudos to Robert, June, Marilyn and the rest of the front desk staff who set the tone for our stay. The young lady (I didn’t quite get her name because we were tired and it was late) who was at the front desk on Thursday, June 15 was outstanding!

In fact, let me go back one step and also thank the staffer who took my call the day before we arrived and made sure that my requests were noted. We were flying in really late and I asked that they hold our room for us until midnight and for a late checkout two days later. Both requests were granted without question.

The housekeeping staff were also very courteous and accommodating. We did not ask for our room to be cleaned for our two-night stay, but they were very nice when we asked for more of the little bottles of lotion. If we have any criticism - and this is nitpicking - it would be that the little bottles of lotion barely had anything in them. I know that this is not the property’s fault, but perhaps they can let their vendor know.

The crew at the breakfast buffet were fabulous! The Chef Mike cooked the omelets to perfection and Lauren was one of the most attentive and friendliest service crew members we have ever met. She welcomed us and other guests graciously and kindly (as if welcoming us to her home), and made sure that we had what we needed, offering drinks and asking if there was anything else we needed. The location is great, with the mall just across the street and many dining options close by. Would we return? In a heartbeat!

Extremely pleased with our choice to stay here!! Room was clean, well arranged, plugs for electronics were well thought of. Great location. We were two adults and a teen and had ample space. The mattress was a bit too firm for our liking but that’s more preference.
Staff were incredibly accommodating with all of our requests.
Such a great find! Highly recommend it!

Decided to eat dinner here. Our bartender was Michael. He was engaging and great to enjoy a conversation with while we ate our food. Great atmosphere.

Great location, nice hotel. Renovated rooms are really nice! Enjoyed a large 1 bedroom suite. Staff was great. Room was quiet. Parking is $20 is an enclosed garage. Tip-get the egg tarts at honor coffee around the corner, amazing!
Fitness center hasn’t been updated yet but I’m sure it will be. Second floor was closed for renovations during my stay. I stayed on the 3rd floor in a brand new room.
No furniture on the balcony though and a little awkward/difficult to actually get out onto the balcony. Other than that, nice room.

Stayed here for a night while in the Bellevue area.
Lots of stores to see while the area.
Great breakfast

A great stay near Bellevue Square. The rooms have been recently renovated, with large TVs and new mattresses.

The bar is spacious, and well stocked. Parking is also available at a reasonable rate, and access from the garage is quick.

Stayed here while attending an event at the convention center across the street. Very clean comfortable and convenient. If you are going to eat breakfast I recommend you purchase the room with breakfast included rather than paying for breakfast separately. Parking was extra but reasonable.
Would stay there again and would recommend.

Very Clean! Very friendly staff. Restaurants/bar is convenient, if a bit overpriced, but portions run big. Starbucks on sight as well, which is a plus. Nice quiet, clean stay with helpful staff and I would stay again. Parking is $20 a day, don't pay in the parking garage, instead head up and check in and they charge it to your bill. Many, many restaurants and shopping within walking distance, so leave your car and go for a stroll.

I was booked a room in this hotel for a work offsite. When I first saw it was a Courtyard I did not think it would be that great. Boy was I wrong. This hotel is so beautiful and clean, I was beyond words. My room was beautiful down to the little details. Gorgeous carpet, midcentury modern couch and desk. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Loved my stay here, will definitely come again.
