I live relatively close to this Gym and since I’ve started my membership, I haven’t had any second thoughts about my membership here. It’s a good size gym with enough equipment to target whatever body part you plan on working out. Plus the staff from the top down are all professional and respectful individuals who are more than willing to help with any questions you may have. I highly recommend, plus it’s a very clean gym.

Best gym I've been to yet...and I've been to gym all around the world. Only thing is I wish they were open late sat. and sundaes....( I'm always getting ready to go on Sunday at 17:00 and then forget they're closed at 18:00.😭 that's one reason I prefer 24/7 gym. I might have to leave the best gym ever because being a new mom I need open times...about to be a mother of 2 soon. But....it was great while it lasts.

I've been coming here since they opened and I am proud to say that this is the best gym I've ever been too. I love coming here and working out with my personal trainer Roxy. She is great and the owners are amazing and make me feel like we are all one big happy family.

One of the best parts about this gym though is the FOOD they provide in your fitness journey. It’s no commitment, decided week by week for your own needs, home made meals. You wanna track your macros? No problem. They have carbs, protein, fiber, and calories on both small and large portions provided. Meal prepping you can pick up after your workout is an absolute game changer if your strapped for time. Worried about cost? Don’t be! You’d spend more on a fast food meal.

Phit gym is like my 2nd home. The staff is phenomenal from the front desk to management. Great environment to get phit (fit) in and i highly recommend.

This is by far the best gym on the southside; I’d argue that it’s the best gym in Atlanta. The location is convenient, it’s super clean and they are very involved within the community. I didn’t think working out could be this fun but the staff is so helpful and encouraging that they literally make every workout a good time and I actually look forward to it.

Phit is absolutely amazing!!! The gym is very safe and clean and I love the overall atmosphere. It’s never too crowded and the employees/trainers always make me feel welcome as soon as I walk in the door. The price for membership is very good and so is the personal training. Speaking of personal training, I wanna give a huge shout out to my personal trainer that I have Messiah. He is absolutely amazing and he is super motivating and after the end of the session I always feel worked out and educated on the workouts that we do together. So far PHIT has been great and if your looking for a comfortable, safe, fun, vibrant gym to have a great workout in, PHIT is the place to be!

This gym is very welcoming, clean, and has a lot to offer along your fitness journey. I have utilized the personal training options as well as their meals and I have been extremely satisfied with both. Since working with my trainer (Bree) I’ve noticed a big difference in achieving my results and am on the right track to continue to see more results. The gym itself is smaller so if you enjoy a more personalized environment, this one is for you.

I've been working out with Alan since early June and my results are amazing. I've been consistent and the changes I've watched my body undergo have been phenomenal. Alan pushes me and doesn't make me feel less than as a newbie in the gym. He's patient, kind, and motivating. I love this gym and I'm glad I decided to make my lifestyle changes with their assistance.

This is the best gym that I have joined of all gyms. The staff is well qualified....friendly...helpful....skilled in their field and are some of the best people I've known. Kudos to you Phit GYM!!!! We love you!!!!

I’ve been going to this gym for almost a year now and I have to say, they provide by far the best customer service experience I’ve seen at any gym. Very attentive, very informative and very helpful. In addition, I’ve been working with Ty (personal trainer) for a little over a month now and he is a great trainer. He’s patient and he’s well experienced at what he does. He’s always pushing those limits as need be to ensure that you’re achieving your goals and he knows when to ease off so you won’t hurt or overwork yourself. Ty Is very goal driven and that’s what makes him a great trainer because regardless of what’s happening, your fitness goals are priority. And doing so in a safe manner, ofcourse.

I've been coming to PHIT for almost 3 months and it is so much better than I thought a gym membership could be. Alan is my trainer and I honestly look forward to workouts with him, which is so different than my attitude towards working out before I started training. I feel better, am sleeping better, and am excited to be in the gym every week!

I’ve been working with Breanna (personal trainer) at PHIT twice a week for over a month now and she is awesome. The work outs are challenging and I feel like I’ve accomplished something each time I go. She’s very knowledgeable and attentive. All of the staff there are nice and the atmosphere is welcoming. Oh, and the meals are pretty good too. 😀

Absolutely love PHIT. I remember I was suppose to start when I was still in school, but my schedule was all over the place. Once I graduated school, I got back into the gym and haven't regretted it since. Tyler was amazing at giving me the run down on what PHIT means and they have stood by that since I began my training. They ask you numerous questions, but it's very much worth it. They will pair you with a phenomenal trainer to help you reach the specific goals you are asking for. I was paired with Alan and it has been an amazing journey ever since. I've only been doing it for a month and I already see a change in the way I workout with him. He's really understanding and works well with you to help you get your goal weight, size, etc. It's well worth the investment to get a trainer. I've already lost some weight and see my stomach going down since starting with Alan. He's definitely a 10/10 as a personal trainer.

This gym is awesome! The trainers/staff are welcoming and know you by name. The cardio machines have positive wordings like keep going and great. The music is not to loud so you are able to keep your hearing but the music is upbeat to keep your heart rate up. They offer free fitness classes on Saturdays to the young(our future). Its not crowded. The facility is new and kept clean. So far I'm enjoying being a member.

This is the BEST GYM EVER! As a person who has struggled for years to keep up and enjoy working out, I can truly say PHIT and specifically my personal trainer, Ellie, have changed my life for the better. Ellie is super knowledgeable, her workout plans give me results I can see and feel, while also adapting to any injuries/aches I may have. She helps me track progress towards my goals with monthly check-ins as well as nutrition advice. Ellie is always so happy, full of energy and encouraging. She is also very thoughtful, and remembers the little details and things I have going on outside of the gym.

PHIT is more than just a gym, it's a family. The owners and entire staff are not only passionate about helping members achieve our goals, but also about continually giving back to the surrounding community through events, collaborations, meal prep and more. PHIT is a gym that truly does it all!

I have been working with Haleem for over a year and trust him in reaching my fitness and nutrition goals!
