Cheers Bar & Grill Renton

I love the place! You can play music through your phone. The billiards is just $1 ! It’s not packed on Friday night, but there’s a waiting line for it. The drink was good and the staff was kind as well.
I would recommend this place if you want to chill with your friends.

Had a fun time watching the mariners game with friends! Good prices and a variety of food! Also, the staff rocked!

They have several TV's in there so you can watch all sports you want. I ordered the nachos supreme it was excellent. Huge portion for the price. There were no empty chips all of them had something on them. Our waitress & bartender Trina was excellent. She had 5 other customers in there besides myself. She made sure everyone was talked to and all drinks were filled. She did not cater to just the regulars. This place is awesome. Children not allowed even though they sell food. They have 4 pool tables and not sure what else I didn't really go back there but there was other things. I would recommend this place to anyone that would just like to stop and have a drink or to. I have gone back 3 times now and no complaints what so ever. I will keep going back to this place.

I don’t understand why this place has less than 4.5. It has incredibly affordable drinks that are delicious and strong. Believe me, they don’t skimp on the alcohol here. The food is effing delicious, and also affordable, too. And they have sports going everywhere. Oh, and the service is great. So for people wanting an honest review, come check this place out. Good food, great drinks, amazing sports coverage. For people who left a bad review, you probably suck. Just saying ;).

Service was very friendly and as quick as possible with few bartenders and tons of customers. We were able to grab a pool table and a place to sit and drink right next to it easily (probably just caught a good time). Real good vibes. Nice interior with good lighting.

I love this place! Great neighborhood bar. Drinks are strong. Mac n cheese bites are so yummy. Pool tables, darts, other bar games, and great music. Also upstairs seating area if you want to have a larger group or party.

This place is a great sports bar. Breathing room and great placement of TVs. Food is good. The cook and service here is great. Sometimes the music hits a song the bartender isn't feeling they'll liven it up. Good depth of music genre of Rock. If you like sports, it's great. For Renton, it's like the Fox Sports Grill in Seattle. Pints are about $6

Me and my girlfriend were driving and needed to use the restroom and randomly stopped in, we’re not the very sport kind watching kind of people, but everything in here was clean and nice. We sat down and ordered some food thinking it was just going to be a snack.

The food portion was big and at a good price, me and her had fun.

Me and my girlfriend came a second time and the bartender remembered us, Judy is a really nice bartender and I think she’s the reason why cheers is “our spot” now.

True Story: This was my second time going out to a bar two decades. Alaina, and staff were awesome. My waitress was a Black Female who was extremely helpful in my drink choices. I love ❤ the pool tables, games and even the fellow patrons were cool 😎. Definitely recommend this spot in Downtown Renton.

Great service. Polite crowd. Pool table are in good shape and excellent lighting on the tables. Two house sticks were broken so we just had to share but I'm due that's a temporary situation. If your waiting for a bus at the renton transit center a drink here is only a one minutes walk away!

The bartenders are awesome, food is good, and the bar is stocked with a wide variety of beers and liquors to choose from. Plus, there's plenty hands and tv's to entertain, if you can walk away from socializing with the friendly crowd outside drinking by the fire!
Great local joint!

Came here for my birthday party on the 14th.. my coworkers, family and friends all ordered drinks and played pool and it was so much fun.. my favorite drink is a purple drink. The ladys know what i mean. Great clean place, great customer service. A+

My son's girlfriend turned 21 yesterday. We went to a bar across the way from Cheers "for her first drink at 21" and the bartender was so rude I couldn't believe it. I will never go back to this bar, EVER. We thought we would go try out Cheers, after our horrible experience at the other bar (across the street). We walked into Cheers and the bartenders were very welcoming. They made her first experience awesome! We will be back Tuesdays for the $1.50 tacos and tell all of our friends about "the new bar in town"! Thank you Cheers for making the night perfect! I cannot remember the bartenders name, but I do know she is new to the Renton area and I think she said she lives in Tacoma!!! :)

I decided to try them out for lunch the other day and I didn't expect much however I ordered a hawks burger and fries and I was blown away! I had no clue I was about to eat the best fries I've ever had! The burger was superb too!

Give them a try for their food!

It's rather pricey now. But i understand why. And I'll always continue to frequent that location. I love judy to death and Crystal is amazing also. I know some of the other girls but those two women are THE BEST.

Trying to fine a different place for lunch, so we decided to go into Cheers.
Only 2 people in the whole place, made us a little bit nervous...

Great staff, been there w all different workers of the week & was so attentive each time. Drinks were fast and delicious & they were very understanding when my car broke down & the bar.

I have no idea why the reviews are low at this place. The food is amazing, the prices are low, and the staff is super nice. Ignore the negativity and go here if you just want to relax, watch some sports, and eat great food.
