Did a doordash here, the employees made u feel welcomed, super nice, very friendly and knew what they were doing minus one food order mistake but well handled in a timely matter! Def would stop by 4 myself when I'd want a fast food treat!

It was exceptionally crowded and it did take awhile. However, I think they handled the stress really well.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The chicken sandwich was very good and my husband said his chili was thick (not watered down like some he's had at other locations)!! Young lady at the take out window was very accommodating with our order and said she hoped we enjoyed our meal and to come back when we were visiting the area again, Nice Service.

Best day food experience ever. 7 orders (all on one check, we're not monsters) in the drive thru, all meals individually bagged with napkins and with ketchup and a straw. Plus the ladies inside were extremely kind and most surely underpaid. Give these folks a raise, it is well earned and deserved.

I bought the $6 biggie bag and it was great.. The hamburger was different than McDonald's or the other ones. I love Wendy's.

Hands down, Marlene working the drive thru this evening, 10/11 at 8am was HANDS DOWN best customer service I’ve experienced in a while. Very kind at Order taking, very efficient, telling us it’ll be a delay on our chicken as it’s late and cooked to order, very friendly and cheerful. I really do appreciate it. I am a manager for a medical practice and i want people like her working for me! You don’t see that much these days! Keep up the great work!

I had a long complex order and they were patient, got every single thing correct, and even spelled my name right. ;) Food was hot, setting was cozy, and we had a great experience. It was also extremely clean and they had good child seat boosters and highchairs.

Got into town late for our vacation and needed supper. We have a large family and the staff was so friendly and ready to accommodate our drive thru order even though it was just 20mins til closing! So very thankful for great attitudes and cheerful service!

Got right in line, no wait, very friendly service

Stopped in Clayton at Wendy's to grab an iced drink and use the (well you know), there was a young man down on his knees scrubbing the front of the counter by the way the store was immaculate, he finished wiping up then took our order, laughed and smiled a lot what a surprise the best experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. I give it all thumbs up for everything. Good job Wendy's and a beautiful store, white glove clean.

The food was excellent but at 2 PM on Saturday afternoon, they were understaffed. The one, experienced lady working the counter did an excellent job, but the workload was overwhelming. She needed another cashier and a helper.

Quick stop for lunch on the way to Gatlinburg

Wendy's of Clayton is always a great place to stop and eat at. The food is always hot, fresh, and ready to eat. The service staff is very friendly and will answer any questions you may have. I have always received great service at this Wendy's. So stop by get a hot meal then treat yourself to a Frosty.

Swore off Wendy's after a bad experience in Franklin, NC. Tried it out again here and have been back several times since. The manager I typically see there is so sweet and you can tell he influences the staff and cares about the customers. Never have had a bad experience.

Love the place since they got rid of all the trash honestly they always had potential but were being held back by addicts and people looking for a handout since they stepped their game up it's been consistently getting better and better I dont wait in line for 15 to get a burger they are fast and friendly turnover rates are always a problem no matter where you go so it would be cool if people understand that instead of rate a company 1 or 2 stars based on one experience..........love the food love the new staff and managers keep it up skys the limit if u are at the bottom u can only get better

Quick service and clean location.

The latest manager is great. I eat here about once a week as I'm local. This establishment is clean inside and out. Food is always hot and tasty. Staff is very friendly.

Amazing and gracious staff and service

Great service, we came in 10 mins til the doors closed at 9pm. The staff served 30 scouts and leaders in an orderly fashion with smiles amon their faces.
