By reading the reviews I was kind of skeptical. Had a 12 pm appointment and got there at 8 am . Immediately went to check in and got a door . You do have to drop your trailer and bob tail back up to top of hill . No signs to entrance , however once you make that left on Spence rd it’s your second right . In 8 am out 10:30 am

Five stars for the place. Ladies at the gate were great, loaded immediately, and they secured my trailer for the night while I had maintenance performed on my rig.

Nice people, they're pretty quick to get ya in and out. You drop trailer at door and go out and park behind guard shack or up on hill. They do require a mask at the shack.

I guess I was one of the lucky ones, they let me spend the night on the top of the hill when I came in at 8pm, Fairburn truck is I mile away, when you make a left on Spencer, the entrance is the second one up the hill to your right. Keep your truck to the right then walk to the guard shack.

I go here a lot usually I dropped the trailer around noon and come pick it up around 6:00 they tell you to leave two straps on the back of your truck but don't leave any they stole the two straps I put on the back of my truck

The security guard was nicely, they loaded not too fast it took about 3 hours

Friendly and professional security, got loaded quickly (1hr). The gentleman who loaded me was nice and professional. Keep up the good work

I don't know what's up with the bad reviews it was good 2 security ladies were very nice and they unloaded me in about 40 minutes not to bad at all

Checked in 0700 for 0900 appointment, got door and was out b4 9am. Must jack knife into door , only 3feet pull up space in front of you is a concrete wall... Very nice people..🤗

Since some people have difficulty reading, I'll say it here. Pull into driveway, park on right side, form a line and walk up to the guard to check in. There's one way in and out of here and if you guys can't form a line, or follow the signs, it's is impossible for anyone to get out or in.

Great place to get loads. Got their early but was loaded right away. Friendly people to work with. I very nice experience.

Very quick with loading me and I really appreciate that.

Appointment was at 6pm checking in at 3pm got out by 5:30pm. No complaints here friendly staff.

By appointment only u need pick up # once I got a door bobtail out yes parking outside no overnight parking no restroom

The only problem is after they loaded they don't tell you it is loaded you have to check continuously rather ways you will be there forever but they are friendly

I like the ware house customer services. All of them are a kind and young beautiful people. I never had those kind of people. Empuaaaaa.

Easy place to check in. They get you loaded fast.
