Took a 1hr ride for nothing because they was closed. But website didn't say that.

I wish I saw these reviews before I placed my order.
Being a small buisness owner, they should honor what they preach about shipping & respond to customers emails! Ignoring them is not a good practice.
Finally received my product, absolutely love it, went to look at the store and I NO longer can???? Wth 🤦🏻‍♀

I have been order from Blingology/Krystal but for the last several months her business practices have truly gone down the drain. The last few times I’ve ordered from her my orders have been several weeks late but she constantly charge a shipping fee with a 2-3 business day of shipping, but the order ships out whenever she wants to dang ship it. Yeah she may give you a coupon for your next order but it defeats the purpose if she continues to be late with her shipping. I have been truly understanding with things she had going on, but how are you running all kinds of sales but not shipping people stuff. I will not be purchasing from her again.

This business has fell off, I used to order from them all the time with no problem then everything must have fell apart, I placed an order 11/25, STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ORDER OR REFUND! The owner sent me this with her personal cell number to contact her directly if I had any questions or concerns and a long paragraphs of how her business was getting stolen from by her employees, her kid had cancer and her father dieing, and on and on, I sympathized with her and told her I understood life happens she promised to fill my order personally and ship it out even sent me a FAKE shipping tracking number, after a month of not getting my items I threat to contact my credit card company to dispute charges, and then her response was that's fine, and she pretended she refunded me, blocked me on Facebook, and dis activated my account her her website, where i have ordered for years. I still have not been refunded nor so I have my items I ordered

Think twice before placing an order with Blingology. I gave one star, but would have given zero if possible. Blingology does not ship in the time as stated on their site. Further, they do not respond to email or website inquiries, so don’t waste your time. My only option, since they do not ship and do not respond, is to request a charge-back with my bank. Blingology should change their name to NO-Blingology! Blingology should not be in business; almost seems like an online scam.

It gets worse…. After two weeks I finally received the rhinestones. As I used one package (one size) many were different sizes (ordered one size only) and about 30% of the rhinestones are stuck together on the flat side, making them worthless! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING WITH BLINGOLOGY/THE DECOKRAFT!

I have been trying to find out where my order is for over a month. They are still running sales. I either want my order or my money back. i have been ordering from here successfully for a couple of years. Very disappointed.
