Waffle House

The Staff was everything, the food was seasoned and decent. The steak was kinda tough they changed it out for some something else.

Who ever the cook was 12/13/23 about 11:30PM, needs a raise. I travel for work and frequent waffle houses 5-6 times a week. This dude provided service better than a lot of servers and the food was good, quick and hot. This location is at the top for sure

Enjoyed my American breakfast. I had them cook my steak well done, and it was still juicie, not dried out. My loaded hashbrowns were very delicious, too, along with the Simply Orange juice.

I came into this waffle House with my daughter and her young son. There is a gentleman there today named JR he is the waffle House District Manager and he is a store number 700. He was absolutely amazing and had the most amazing attitude and smile! Very professional!! There was also a young man named Conner who was very helpful. I had a spill and he ran over along with J.R. to clean it. Christopher also came to help by Christopher and he was our server. He was running around trying to get everything in a timely manner and I have nothing but great things to say about him. Ms. Temeka who also helped us. She was also a server and was very nice. James is a excellent cook! His food is awesome! I would recommend this restaurant to anybody. It's very clean and nice and a server and staff are very nice as well

Always enjoy their food. Good music 🎶 and they are busy. You never wait long for your food and it is reasonably priced. I am kinda impressed with there chicken sandwich, every time I come, I get it lol, the hash browns are really good and most of all, the customer service is the best.

This review is for the cook Justin. He was so professional and his customer service was exceptional!!! Now for the young lady Caroline!!! She was very rude and took my order wrong. I went in and didn’t get greeted I got “ we’re only doing pick up orders” I already felt the Hostility in the manner she addressed that to me. I felt very unwelcome!! She continues to use her personal phone while taking my order…she absolutely had no intentions on genuinely on providing me the service I expected. She miscommunicated the order to the cook Justin. I received my order and it was incorrect. By then I was already upset for the customer service. She became very bothered and rude! That’s when Justin the cook had took over and made sure our order was as it was and provided great service and for that I thank Waffle House for hiring him.

I don’t ever eat at Waffle House, but when I do, I don’t expect a pleasant experience. This Waffle House was clean and kept in very good order. The night crew were very polite and the cook was super proud of his creation, which as exactly what I needed this morning. Thanks y’all!

First Waffle house visit and it did not disappoint. Brought here by a trusted colleague and had great service, waffles and eggs which all came out quick and with a smile.

The first shift staff was amazing. The waitress was fast and very friendly. The cook was equally as good. He came over to my table and enquired about a leg injury that I have. Can't wait to visit this location again.

Thank you for your great customer service and great food during this time. As of right now, it’s ONLY takeout and you can’t sit anywhere. Also, if you’re using your card they have this set up for you *picture provided* I have been here twice since the Covid-19 and the first time I can’t remember her name, but it got really busy and she did such a good job taking orders, keeping up with the orders and cooking! I was like wow this is Amazing and I just love seeing people work so hard. It doesn’t go unappreciated especially during a time like this. Thank you ♥

The food and the service is very good every time.

I walked into this establishment and it was wall-to-wall people immediately, I decided my older was going to be a to-go order due to the lack of seating great attention to detail and even with a full house it took approximately 40 minutes to get my food in my opinion a little long but I should have called in my order great good takes time and it was delicious...

Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly. Kid's $1 drinks were not $1 as advertised. Food was great though. Good portion size for leftovers! (I'm just visiting town)

Good food fast like waffle house promises. The manager of this particular location Charles, is the hardest working man for the entire company. Always right there next to his Team members making sure that the food is always perfect.

WH#700 rocked the house this morning! I received my order within 5 mins of placing it! The chef J.R. and Becky make a fabulous duo!

And a sever who worked next to her(we didn't get his name) was extra friendly and helpful. Kept us laughing the whole time we were there!

Our waitress was the best! She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The manager came out to make sure everything was going well. I don't receive this kind of service at most fine dining restaurants.
