I highly recommend anybody who is trying to get any musical instrument to the Ken Stanton Music. Their service is rich and enormous.
My story: I was looking for a Taylor 714ce Sunburst guitar. I didn't get the exact guitar that I wanted but Zack helped me to get 814ce-Sunburst-DLX in very discounted price. These guitars were very limited. They even helped me with rebates, financing and all. They wanted me to save money from every way possible. I encouraged every individuals who is looking to get an instrument to check out their deals and their advice. They treat and take care of their customer in a very well manner.

Very good price for renting and we got lots of information on just walking in for a rent. They have 11 dollars for the first 2 months and then 30 dollars a month after that and that is a VERY good price for a high class instrument with free tuning and repairs plus replaces and size changes. Recommend a lot!

I am a HUGE proponent of supporting locally owned businesses. I have been shopping at Ken Stanton Music (Dallas hwy mostly) for around 15 years now. I refer all my students there and I know I have moved dozens of guitars throughout the years. When I walk in to the Dallas Hwy location, they call me by name. If I need help, they help. If I don't, they don't "hover". After 15 years of purchases and referrals, today I had to do something I hate. I had to bring back a defective product purchased in December, that had just quit working today. The staff and I looked online for help, determined that yup, it had gone south. I was totally ok if I had been told there was nothing they could do. It was outside of the store warrantee. I get it. But they did much more than sympathize. They made sure I had what I needed when I walked out so I could easily teach my students today. Their customer service, their attitude, and their encouragement is why I keep coming back. And why I will keep coming back. Thank you, guys. You stepped up today.

Bought a Jackson Rhoads from the online store. Beautiful instrument. Had an issue which the customer service team went out of their way to rectify. Highly recommend these guys for all your music needs!

I came here two years ago to get my guitar strings fixed. The staff are really friendly people, and they really know their stuff about music and instruments. I would come here more often if only I lived in the Cobb County area.

As someone who loves music performance, I feel lucky to have such a place within driving distance. I have given this particular location so much money, it's not funny, since my son is in middle school band. The staff here are friendly and all of them seem to play some type of instrument, so they can give you that much more insight on whatever you're looking for.

I want to give a huge THANK YOU to Adam MacKinnon from the West Cobb location! I felt a bit apprehensive and confused about what new saxophone and brand to get for my daughter who played for two years and teachers kept telling us to get the Yamaha brand. I called Ken Stanton and was able to speak to Adam who broke down the details of why teachers would doubt other brands and why Cannonball saxophones would not be a bad choice at all. I went the following week with my daughter and purchased the Cannonball Saxophone and she loves it! Unfortunately, I confused the locations and bought it from the Cobb Prkway location who had great staff as well! I Thanks again Adam for showing you cared by taking time out to explain about the product and following up with the decision of my purchase and my apologies for mixing locations.
