I took my mother here for a treat and was not disappointed. The massages were fantastic, though I can see how people would find it a bit impersonal but the quality of the massages were so good that I frankly don't mind the lack of conversation. We asked for foot massages, which entailed so many additional techniques that we were convinced that they had given us a different/better service than we ordered. Additionally, they accommodated a last minute change in appointment time.

We will definitely be back, it's just a wonderful feeling and an excellent price.

I've had multiple massages here and the experience is mixed- they give really excellent massages (the kind you remember forever), however, the lack of professionalism is an issue. In one massage, my masseuse left me mid-massage to answer phone calls or talk to customers in the lobby.

Poor quality service, zero communication due to lack of basic English, did not deliver service as it was requested but charged the amount for the requested time of the massage and at the end expressed disconnect in a very unpleasant manner about the amount of tips that was given to them.

Overall the massage was okay, however, the entire ambience and the friendliness was very poor. During my massage my masseuse took two phone calls from other customers, and even made a phone call;
I wanted a Chinese massage and my friend a relaxing massage - we both got the same.
They didn't ask if anyone of us has any (back) pain or anything else that would need to be considered.
My massage started late and didn't last for an entire hour. The room where I got my massage was cold - no nice fragrances or candles or anything else that would have given me a spa-feeling.
The entire experience was very impersonal and random.
When I only tipped 5$ the masseuse was angry - but sorry, taking 3 phone calls and not getting a massage for an entire hour...??
I won't go back - not worth it.

Worst experience with this place. No skills!, constantly trying to sell you more time while on the table, answering the phone and door during massage and being loud. Not relaxing at all, and I hurt in appropriately the entire next three days because the masseuse must have been somebody's wife-not educated in massage at all!. I went back because I waited months and had purchased their deal ( and never got the free hour they promised either) hoping for a different masseuse--nope. So when I went back after they finally re-opened since the covid shut down, and they would not honor the membership card they sold me and would not refund me either. They told me to get my lawyer and sue them....OMG the worst talk about leaving not happy and not relaxed. do not patron these thieves

This was the worst experience ever. I have never received a massage that only included rubbing some lotions on my back.Never even massaged my feet or chest. She just rubbed some lotion on my back and arms.I have been all over the world and receive massages and this is the worst ever. Absolutely no english at all. I made my expectations clear but she didn't understand me. You will be better off rubbing lotions on your own body. SAVE YOUR MONEY$$$$$ and do it yourself or go to another masseuse .
