These guys are great, they know there business. They installed surround sound throughout my house and on my deck. Very knowledgeable and professional. Had Chris do the install, he was done in a few hours. Highly recommend for sound installation..

My dad owns this company and Sydney Millicans did not want to pay $95 for a service fee after a year and half and the installation was out of warranty and the equipment he had wasn't even purchased from EZ Systems of Atlanta LLC. It was his own equipment he bought elsewhere. Mr. Millicans had the option of only having to pay $95 for a service fee to EZ Systems of Atlanta LLC but instead he chose to spend $720 elsewhere. My father is a very good and honorable business man and I hope to be half as successful as him someday.

I should have heeded the warnings from the Google reviews about this company. The security system was initially installed by my homebuilder, Brock Built, and that's why I decided to use them. However, my experience has not been pleasant. I had the system installed in October of 2022, and since then, one of my motion detectors has been causing problems. Instead of repairing or replacing it, the owner, Chris Willet, deactivated the motion detector. I raised this concern via email on March 13, 2023, and as of September 19, 2023, the motion detector still hasn't been repaired or replaced.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company and its affiliated companies.

I wish there was a zero or negative rating. Paid a lot of money and the system never worked correctly they tech had to come out three times and remote (control4) never worked. Called a year later and told him the system was totally frozen and Chris Willet got very rude and short with me and I had to call the Control4 HQ and discovered that my account was cancelled and no one else could fix the problem. Had to have control4 assign me a new rep in the area and paid $720 more and system works great. Worst company to do business with. HORRIBLE experience.
