Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

We just moved and were so happy BOA is down the road from our new home. We went in to get a document signed and were greeted the by nicest and classics girls at the front desk. Very quick and efficient, it’s a very pretty bank inside.

I normally do not write reviews and I have been a BOA customer for 40 years. I am writing this review because of the outstanding customer support I received during a difficult situation from Mr. Paolo Renzo Roque and Ms. Kiana Lee. Mr. Roque provided me with immediate assistance with a genuine caring attitude. He followed up and provided status with telephone calls and notified me when the issue was resolved. Ms. Lee also followed up with telephone calls and provided status. I was about to leave BOA but due to these two individuals going above and beyond their duties I am still a customer. I only wish that BOA had these types of individuals working at all locations .

I don't know why there are so many neg reviews here. I had a very enjoyable experience! Luis and Elicia were very courteous and professional. Luis was extremely helpful in getting an estate account set up for me. Maybe the difference is because I made an appointment? Either way, there was a little bit of construction going on but all the associates were all very professional and courteous. I would definitely come back for my future banking needs!

Ben went above and beyond--even staying 30 minutes after closing--to get our account fixed. Customer service did something which locked the account, and we had to show up in person at this branch. Ben handled the customer service part like a champ and made sure we were back in our account before we left. This branch is run very well.

Employees are easy to work with and personal and it is a small bank feeling. My banker Kareem was very knowledgeable and patient on helping me with a complex issue.

Great experience. Went in to open a new account for my daughter and the wait time was less then 5 minutes to be able to speak with the account representative. Patrick Wiggins was very efficient and engaging; He even took the time to show my daughter how to deposit funds at the teller window. Would definitely recommend him if you need to do anything other than stuff that could be handled by the teller. The teller line did seem to be growing a bit long, but it moved very quickly from what I could tell.

This branch was amazing. Ben Beard was extremely professional and helped me with exactly what I needed. I would definitely recommend this location and I just wanted to highlight that Ben gave me exceptional service by going above and beyond to makes sure my need were met. Thanks again!

Kareem helped my husband and I open up a joint checking and he was so helpful and professional. He even helped me resolve a problem via email. Great customer service. The manager was helpful at directing us where we needed to go.

Elicia (I think that was her name - may have spelled it wrong) took awesome care of my mom and I when we went in to change my name on my account after marriage and to close my father’s account after his passing. She was so patient and helpful with us and very thorough throughout the whole process. Thank you!
