I was looking to ship my car from Atlanta to Los Angeles. When choosing a dispatcher, I made sure to get a lot of quotes. I spoke with Scott from USA CarShip, he stayed in touch constantly with me and offered me the lowest price. When I was ready to finally move forward. Scott found me a truck within a week. They picked the car up on Friday and it was delivered on Monday. I was surprised by the speediness of it. The car was delivered with no issues.

Great customer service. The people who helped me were nice and responsive. I was able to leave things in the car which helped during my move.

Had a great experience with US Auto Transport Inc. Samantha was my driver and she was wonderful. Great communication via phone or text. Due to last minute add to her route, she worked out her route to make sure she got my car picked up ASAP. I booked with Mercury Auto Transport which is a BROKER and had me confirmed since November 18, 2021 for the first pick up date being December 18th. BIG mistake. When it's time for my car to be transported back to California from Georgia I will be calling US Auto directly and hopefully get Samantha again!

We had our truck transported from Georgia to California this last week and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Samantha was our driver and she was amazing. we were very worried about the previous reviews by others but I want to say we will 100% use this company again if we decide to ship the truck back to Georgia when it’s time to leave Cali. Samantha answered her phone when we called, she was very open with how far she was and expected delivery date and time. They were 1 day after estimated delivery but told us and kept communication open. We highly recommend this company.

I wanted to write this comment immediately after I received my vehicle but forgot. Its only been a month and half, so its not too late. Mine was a corporate move (engaged I believe through the ready logistics/Cox). I was moving from Atlanta, Georgia to Phoenix, Arizona. While there were initial hick up as regards the scheduling of the vehicle pick up, I wasn't available or the drivers weren't, etc. However once the pick up was scheduled - the pick up crew were excellent. The driver who was initially supposed to pick up the vehicle couldn't get on-time, we had several phone calls but eventually we could pick a time when we could meet. The important part is the flexibility of the pick up crew - they were very flexible, communicative and accommodating where possible. Eventually we met at my work place (couldn't meet at home because of scheduling conflict) for pick up and everything went perfectly well. The pick up process was spot on, all pictures taken and document signed off in the mobile device (fantastic app by the way!). Special thanks to Rickey, who came to pick up the vehicle and who delivered at the destination as well. He did a fabulous job. Believe it or not, the vehicle arrived on day 3 in Phoenix Arizona (vehicle was picked up on Wednesday afternoon and was delivered on Friday evening, same week!). The vehicle was received in the same condition it was picked up- there were no signs that the vehicle traveled 1500+ miles on the road. Hats off to Rickey and his team. I want to thank Rickey and US Auto for an excellent customer service.

Our driver rick was top notch! He communicated with us throughout our whole process of shipping my car from Dallas to San Francisco! He was professional and friendly at the same time and I felt comfortable reaching out to him with all of the questions and concerns I had about shipping my car! Would definitely recommend Rick and the company for future car shipping needs.

I needed to ship my parent’s Toyota Prius from their home in Cumming, Georgia to where I live in Aurora, Colorado, since they gave it to me. I flew out to Georgia and with my parents I personally went over to the US Auto Transport main office to arrange for the shipment. The owner/ manager was very professional, friendly, and clean cut and dressed. He had lots of patience with my many questions, and his price came in lower than the competitors. The main office area was neat and tidy, and the outside car-yard was organized and had a security gate and cameras.

Since the Toyota Prius was in excellent condition, frankly I was worried about it being transferred by truck across the country. The car did take 6 days to get to my house in Colorado, but this is common considering there are many cars being off-loaded and picked up along the way. And yes, your car will be moved around on the truck as it journeys from state to state. I called the main office every few days to check the status of my car as it traveled cross country and somebody always answered the phone and politely answered my questions.

When the truck driver, named Steve, arrived in Colorado he called us and asked if we wanted the car delivered right to our house or in a large parking lot close to our home. We opted for the Walmart/Home Depot parking lot a few blocks away since we live in a culdesac and there’s no way that his large truck could have maneuvered our sub-division’s smaller sized streets (is what we told him). Steve was very friendly and so nice to talk to once we met up with him! He really made a great impression on us as just a humble, amiable type with a constant smile on his face and great eye contact. We paid him cash on delivery and noted there was no damage to the vehicle and nothing had been stolen from inside glove box or trunk. The odometer had not changed. The gas tank had the same amount in it before/after the trip.

While the car was dirty on the outside with rain spots, some dust and bugs, this is normal for any car on a toad trip. You will need a carwash afterwards. My only recommendation is that I wish they would’ve accepted credit cards, as I would have rather paid with MC or Visa so as to utilize my card’s rewards program and earned points. So yes, overall I’m a very satisfied customer and this is due to the attitude and friendliness of Steve the truck driver, and of the office staff/manager; and then also because they delivered my beloved car in one piece with no damage and at a great price.

First time experiencing transporting a car. I actually found USA transport thru a broker . Every individual involved in the process was efficient and easy to communicate with regarding the process and delivery . FYI the car was transported from Boulder Co to Alpharetta GA.

The Chamber of Commerce recommended this business to me after a sour experience with a different carrier. Price was fair and delivered as promised.
