Very awesome service. I am blown away by the hospitality. The cleanliness customer service service. This is the top-notch hotel that I would recommend to anyone needing a room make sure you come to this hotel.

I needed a room for the night on my way to New Orleans, found this spot. Very close to Baton Rogue I was able to Uber to Baton Rouge for dinner. Clean room, good breakfast, friendly, and attentive staff. Fridge, stove, kitchen sink, and dish washer great amenities. There is a little park right across the street if you want to walk your dog and enjoy your morning coffee.

Very close to Baton Rouge and Affordable and ample parking; front desk, service, attentive; very clean and good breakfast… Rooms are large and very comfortable… Bathroom is great, as well as the water pressure… Nearby, mini, eating joints… Overall good place to stay if you want to budget

Thank you, TownePlace Suites, for such a great hotel experience. Room was clean, staff was helpful and enthusiastic. It was our first time staying at a TPS and I was a little unsure. So comfy and cozy. Breakfast was delish and everyone was so darned polite. Coffee was really good, too. The complimentary bottled waters and snacks were a great touch, too. Thank you!!!

From the moment I pulled up in the parking drove around the property to check it out. I knew this was where I wanted to spend my weekend. To the moment I walked through the doors and was greeted with smiles and the most friendliest, most amazing staff ever I felt at home for sure. Our room was nothing short of A-MAZING !!! The hotel property inside and outside was very clean and very well cared for. There was someone out every morning cleaning the beautiful pool. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. 😋. There was ( i think ) a housekeeper who was the sweetest, full of a beautiful energy and she loved to sing ❤ she brought a smile to my face early in the morning which made my day a little brighter. The fact animals are welcome warms my heart. Next time I can bring my little Daisy Mae with me.. My overall experience of this place , staff and all is phenomenally WONDERFUL!! Thanks for making my stay a great one. Ill definitely see you guys again soon.

Clean and very friendly staff. Checked-into two rooms without as reservation. They were accommodating to put the room next to each other. Rooms were very clean and spacious. In the morning it was raining hard so while we waited for the rain to clam to load our luggage, they were nice enough to open and setup their breakfast bar so our kids could eat. It was a nice spread so we ended up all taking advantage of it. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

This hotel is outstanding! The hospitality of the associates really make you feel like you’re walking into a great place! The environment, the atmosphere, and everything is so welcoming! Kelsi at the front desk is an angel and so so helpful and sweet. Thank you Marriott, another satisfied customer!

One of the best stays.
I never give reviews because I don’t care to.
But in this case, this hotel made my stay very comfortable, very secured.
I enjoyed my time here due to having a beautiful clean room.
The service was excellent.
Ten minutes after my arrival, the staff called my room and asked if everything was good and if I needed anything. I was quite impressed.
When ever I called for extra things, they would be at my door, matter in minutes.
I don’t recommend any other place, I originally flew up and stayed at the Hilton garden, DONT DO IT!.
I was there for two days and my nose became stuffy, there was huge roaches in there, it smelled like mucky air.
It was terrible.
And I searched through 20 other hotels and Town-place seem legit.
After staying here for the remaining 8 days, it really made this business trip very comfortable.

Fantastic stay! Have been staying here for a couple weeks on a work project and could not be more pleased. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the rooms are clean and comfortable!

In particular, Desmond has made out stay most enjoyable. This man continually goes above and beyond for the guests at Town Place and has made our stay more than comfortable! Thank you all for running such a fantastic hotel!

Absolutely love this place. The staff is second to none. They are always cheerful and greet me, coming or going. They are helpful and punctual if I need anything. The rooms are always clean and fresh. The location is great for me, because I don't have to cross the bridge going to or from the plant I work while I am there! Highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. It’s clean, affordable, and dog friendly. Nessa at the front desk was very hospitable. The breakfast is also quite good! I usually skip free hotel breakfasts because the quality is questionable- but I did enjoy my breakfast here. It’s also right off the highway so very easy to get to.

From the moment we checked in with Angelica to seeing the fantastic room set up to dealing with a small problem where Angelica went above and beyond, this place had been amazing. While I haven't had the free breakfast yet...a sneak peek showed me that it was more than I would have expected. The only thing I couldn't find here was something to complain about.

Rooms was very clean, water pressure was on point! Breakfast was fantastic. The staff…. PERFECT! Everyone was so sweet. Especially the breakfast crew! Whatever the hiring process is, all businesses need to take note! I loved my stay there.

Seems to have plumbing issues or some maintenance problems, but it is convenient and affordable.

A relatively new hotel that was clean and had nice sized rooms. The staff were friendly and professional. The parking lot is large, with room behind the hotel for several large trucks or trucks with trailers to park. It was easily accessible from the interstate and had a few stores and fast food restaurants around. The hotel's hot breakfast was a sad joke as it is with virtually every M-----tt branded hotels nowadays. There are a few new hotels clustered together at this exit but other than that it is a bit of a shady area. The hotel seemed safe enough, but I wouldn't recommend a single female venturing outside after dark.

They deserve 5 stars because of theri top notch services. Best place for long-term or short-term stays. The rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommended. Shout out to the staff members for amazing customer service 👏

Great room for a great price! The room was really nice, very clean and had a kitchenette! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. The staff was very friendly. Easy check in and out. They have a big dog walk area. I called ahead to say we would be checking in late and asked for a crib, it was in the room when we got there. Great customer service!! Lots of breakfast options, and the woman attending the breakfast bar was so nice, really friendly with all of the guests and greeting them by name! Easy access to freeway. We will definitely stay here again!!
