Publix Pharmacy at Castleberry - Southard Crossing

This pharmacy is the absolute best, I can’t say enough about the kind pharmacist who is always on duty and who even remembers my name, that after just a couple of visits!! The pharmacist is an incredible human being and so smart and kind. He makes the pharmacy run efficiently and accurately but most importantly, he makes this a place where you feel welcome and comfortable, like family. The staff always gets my RXs right and they help me so much with my coupons and discounts when they apply. I really enjoy each visit, kudos to a store pharmacy team with such a great pharmacist and support team!!

If y'all need a pharmacy that goes above and beyond to help your family....search no further. The pharmacy techs are really great as well. Kathy is always around for assistance; and Lara the manager is terrific.
We have used this location for well over 12 years and they are flexiable and prompt when errors and mistakes crop -up.
The system that reminds customers their regular meds are sent by text message as well.
The drive-up window is very good when pressed for time ...as along as the line is not too long. If sundries are needed the staff is more than happy to come out to assist you.
My uncle was a pharmacist for over 40 years and he always told me that if you cannot see a doctor.....your pharmacist is your best friend.

The Pharmacy goes out of their way to help their customers. I spoke with my insurance company one time and the women on the other end couldn’t believe how far the pharmacy had gone for me. Also, I’m not the best customer, I often times forget to pick up my maintenance medication. They call and text me until I come get it, which as much as I’m sure they don’t enjoy, I’m very thankful for. They are great at answering the phone and are very timely in filling medications.

My family have been using this pharmacy for years. They are always going out of their way to make sure you’re getting the best price for your medications. They search for coupons and anything they can do to help. Exceptional staff.

I was there for a covid-19 shot and the pharmacists were friendly, had everything in order, and were even joking around to relieve the stress they are under. Very nice.

Quick shopping place for produce, vegetable, deli, pharmacy etc.

This is the most bizarre place! You either get unbelievable, over the top, outstanding service or you get hung up on or put on hold mid-sentence. If Kathy answers the phone just forget about it. Hang up and call back or ask to speak to someone else. It's obvious she hates her job and and wishes she didn't have to speak to you.

Very disappointing! Had the medicine but since I was a new customer, they would not fill it. It was saved for other customers. Not good service and now my son will NOT have the medicine that he needs.

My family has been going to this pharmacy for 8 years. It used to be a wonderful pharmacy but not anymore. Since the manager Rebecca left a few years ago it is now dreadful to go to. Pharmacist and techs there now can barely do their job, don’t apply coupons, never have scripts ready when they say they will or will take several hours to fill. Currently searching for other pharmacy options.

They dont evev deserve 1 star. It is worst customer service that i seen in my life. The pharmacy lady by name Pam can even handle insurance process. She hang on me on the phone and recommend to trasfer refil somewhere else. My child was sick and we could not pick up his prescription from there. They made my day miserable. This is last time that i ever refil my prescription there period. I want rich they manager soonest posible and handle their worker cause this is not fist time that I receive poooooor service.. need better workers very poor. I am customer and the way they handle me it was disrespectful !!!!

Just to pick up an antibiotic, it takes 4 hours. Horrible place. First time using this pharmacy and this is the last time as well
