I have been a patient for 20 years as my mother before me and Dr Syed also took care of my elderly grandmother. He’s such a nice man with excellent bedside manner! I recommend anyone with health issues to seek out his expertise. Thank you to the staff also, very professional and courteous. I love them all! Highly recommended

They were very kind to me today. As a newly insured person in Ga (technically January 1st...but Covid) I have struggled to find a place where I can express, after 5 years of being uninsured, how much is going on with me. Thank you for allowing me to “ramble” and thank you for being so kind. It can be very frustrating for practices at this time to manage patients, and I never felt as if my concerns were not heard or that I was being unfairly treated. Thank you all for your kindness. Many blessings to you. Most times, people just want to be heard, and in my personal instance, for a practice to help me form a plan to remedy my issues. I felt all of the former today!😊

The ONLY reason I am giving this place 2 stars is simply based on the fact that the dr is a very nice man and my nurse was a doll. The rest of the front office staff, not so much. I came in looking for a new PCP and to get my yearly physical. I also had paperwork that needed to be filled out by the dr. I arrived 15mins before my appointment time and it took an hour and a half for me to get out. I also waited over a week to get my paperwork back. I actually had to call to find out that it had finally been completed. When I call, I am also told it is going to be a whopping $50 to get my paperwork back! $50 freaking dollars! All this man had to do was write my name, weight, height, and gender, all of which was either filled out WRONG or not even filled out at all. All the other pages literally required him to make THREE X’s and sign. That’s it. And they charge you $50, but don’t even tell you that till you call and ask when you will get your paperwork. Insanity. I will most definitely NOT return to this location at all.

Long time patient this used to be a good office not anymore.
Refused to fill a RX unless I paid a $140 Medicare copay for a $5.00 RX. Already had an office visit this year so this should have not been an issue they just wanted the money. I left several messages and no call back or anything.

Shame on this office just awful I will go elsewhere.

Generally, the receptionist location should be open area to the customer (patient) to ask questions. This location has a non see-through glass and a sign stating not to touch the glass. If you are needing questions, best of luck. 2nd concern, the staff are very rude and unprofessional in my experience. Personally, i completed an annual physical on 04/2023. I have not received any call backs, not a letter relating to blood work. Nothing, but a bill. Dr Syed is very professional, no issue there.

Worst practice I've ever been to! I have worked in the medical field for over 13 years ND have never experienced such unprofessionalism! The nurse told me about her affair with a married man and the "nurse practitioner " came in without introducing herself was VERY rude and walked out cursing at me!!!

Be cautious of this office and their manager. They have an inability to listen to reason, work with the client to resolve issues around insurance, or work with anyone to resolve billing issues. They owe me $30.00 for copays that I never owed and refuse to pay. We have, happily, sought other care with a facility that has the ability to better manage persons with more than one insurance plan.

I have a kaiser policy, Kaiser assigned this dr as my primary care physician and I called to make an appointment and gave them my information over the phone. 3 weeks later, I sat in the office, filled out my paperwork and waited. 45 minutes later, I was called to the window and told I needed to pay out of pocket bc they didn’t accept Kaiser. Needless to say, I left & called Kaiser immediately. I was told they were in fact, in network and this dr was my primary care. When I called the dr office back to inform them of what I had been told, the lady was rude and said they do accept kaiser. This is what I have. She asked when I wanted to make another appt. when I told her I didn’t want to make an appt. she was quick to get off the phone. I would never recommend this office.

This office discriminates against people who have several health issues and will terminate you without any reason whatsoever not notice. What they do is Mail you a letter terminating Services. And the office manager is very rude and racist. This practice is very racist and discrimitive.
Don't waste your time. Find a GOOD doctor and professional practice.
