I never had any bad experiences, I know that there are a couple of offices pertaining to 4Cs. And their appointment call center though is the issue at times, But 4Cs doctors and nurse practioners, they have been kind, patient and caring to me over the years. I am thankful that they exist.
With the way the world is now. We could all do better and there still is much room for improvement. But over all, I have nothing bad to say.

I have definitely had both good and bad experiences at Four Corners but both my husband and I keep coming back for Dr. Romero. Dr. Romero is kind, friendly, direct and caring. She will spend as much time with you as necessary and does not rush you off for the sake of typical time limits clinics ascribe to. This attribute does cause your wait times to be longer and it can be frustrating. Overall, the clinic is improving and is less impacted by staff shortages due to Covid-19 now.

I have learned to call the appointment desk for everything I need so I can get an actual person. Prescription issues can be frustrating and may take more than 1 phone call. I'm not sure if they (nursing staff) actually pick up the calls on their VM system but so far that has not worked for me. Also, sometimes the nurses can have a bit of a language learning curve. It's great for the clinics mostly latino clientele but can make it difficult to get a resolution.

Last but not least, I changed insurance which meant I needed referrals to a couple of existing doctors and needed referrals to some new ones. I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by Jessica, the referral coordinator, later the same day as my appointment and on Monday morning she sent me 4 approvals with the referral Dr's names, addresses, contact info and authorization #'s.

You can't talk to the Doctor, unless you have an appointment. The staff/training nurse can't help you. I've been calling for over a week, trying to get a refill on my prescription. The only response I get is the sound of a fax machine. This is my fist review ever in life. I felt that it was much needed because this facility need to be investigated. The only concern they have is getting Obama Care, Medicade, and or whatever cash/insurance is available. The concern of a patient is poor... It's really sad, I am not the who participate in reviews. I don't like making a business look bad. However, we are talking about people health. I stop waiting for the doctor and went to a real OBGYN. Gwinnett medical was attentive and given me the referrals I needed..

Just moved here from out of state. Didn't know anywhere to go. Found this dr office online. Did not know it was for uninsured people which is no excuse for a dr office to be so dirty. Waited in the dr office an hour and a half on my first visit to see the dr. When she came in she never apologized for the wait. I was having headaches which I felt was due to an ear infection. Immediately after she prescribed me antibiotics she wanted to run blood tests. NEXT!!!!!

Every time I have to go , the long wait is non since, especially when there's only one other person sitting in the waiting room sometimes the weight is an hour and a half before they even call you back and then it's like they don't know what to do with you when you get back there so you sit and sit until they decide to come in to see you. The practitioner is only in there maybe 30 seconds, then gives you an order for a blood test and then you go out and you sit there and you sit there for several minutes before they figure out that they have to do a blood test. Then the practitioner will come in and talk to you again and order you prescriptions for your refills. Then they tell you as your checking out you have to come back in 3 months. I don't think there's any reason for me to come back every 3 months so I don't go. Then they call you telling you you have to make another appointment this is nonsense, this is wasting my time... I don't want to waste my time sitting in a waiting room for an hour and a half. This office could be a lot better to their patiences, it's ridiculous to have a concept that you have to be seen in a doctor's office just to get refills it's absurd to waste somebody's time like that.

Lazy a**es. I went in with my sick son after calling the office and they telling me I could do a walk in because he was sick and no appointments were available. Drove 30minutes to the office to meet a staff sleeping at the front desk. She told me the scheduler was on break and I had to wait. After waiting for more than 30minutes, a pediatrician came in and said something to the nurse then they both came to me to tell me that they could not see me because their day was fully booked so I should go to another office. Really, when there was nobody in the office they were seeing? I do not have a problem if you cannot see us but don't be rude about it like you pay my bills. Lazy people!!!

Really bad experience staff the front desk and I think nurse are sooooooo Rude the don’t listen keep ignore, and even if you were on time 30mint before your appointment the will call you after one and half hour. Before staff was professional and listened to thier patient. I prefer to change my PCP from this place if this staff is working here. Bad bad bad experience after new staff I saw today.
