DC Cheek (Cheeky) had Alex and Charlie addressing and fixing a ventilation / carbon monoxide issue in my basement. Alex did the assessing and overseeing. He gave many great options. A day or so later, Charlie came out did the work installation in the utility room and explained the project process thoroughly. The basement smoke detector is no longer detecting carbon monoxide and the utility room is much more ventilated. Thanks!

On a second visit for a routine HVAC check up Charles and John came over assessed the equipment (previous DC cheek work of the past). They are going to make improvements on our system to minimize the amount of dust in the ventilation and work on our water heater as well. Both techs had great ideas for future home utility improvements. Charles worked with his boss to get us the best deal possible on the work being done next week!

Josh and team were great and very efficiently installed our new air conditioner. Once the work was done, Josh gave us a detailed lesson on how to operate our new thermostat and even had us try it before he left in case we had any questions! Would definitely recommend!

Both Chris and Nikita were great when dealing with my HVAC. They were knowledgeable and made the process very easy. Quick turnaround with scheduling and the company as a whole was very accommodating. Mark and Brandon came to install the new system. They worked solid for 9 hours and could not have been more courteous. They answered any questions I had and cleaned up better than any contractors I've ever had working in my home. Great experience!

Service itself was Excellent but the price was insane $1500 (too dang HIGH)! The one star is for the outrageously high price I was charged just to replace a water heater expansion tank that sprung a leak and a PRV. Unfortunately this happened while I was away (truck driver) and my options were quite limited. Never again tho. (See Update)

So today I was contacted by a company representative named Shelly. I must say I was pleasantly surprised that she reached out to address my concerns. We spoke for about 35 minutes and I must say that I’m pleased (hence the upgrade to 5 Stars) DC Cheek has won me back as a customer and I’m thankful that Shelly was able to hear my concerns and work with me on a satisfactory solution. Thank you again.

I absolutely love this company. We've used them for several years now and have zero complaints. We have had the maintenance package for years, and let me tell you how much that helps! They've found issues that could have cost us thousands during our check-ups/tune-ups, and saved us from disasters. We've also received priority service when our AC went out and saved us from heat-rage against each other (because any other company would have taken WEEKS to come out to help us, but DC Cheek is always there lickity-split). The team who came out today (Jonathan Murphy) for our plumbing tune-up were so professional and kind and I learned that the new-and-improved water pressure I've been raving about? Apparently means that our pressure is nearly triple what it should be and could mean pending disaster. They always give several options for resolution (at varying pricing tiers) and never EVER pressure you into a purchase (and have had many visits where nothing was wrong or needing repair). All-in-all, DC Cheek is fantastic, reasonable, and always 100% professional.

This company has always been great to deal with and my visit today was no different. Cory and Savannah were nice, knowledgeable, and took time to explain our repair/replacement options. Look forward to continuing a relationship with the company and have Cory back to help keep my house cool and water hot.

Shawn done an excellent job! He was even able to fix a supply line that needed moved so it was working correctly. He was very polite, courteous and all of my furnace ductwork cleaned very well!!

John Taddeo and an assistant came to my house to make some plumbing repairs that I needed. The two of them were so professional and friendly. They made all the repairs quickly and efficiently and explained everything that they were doing as they went. I was very impressed and hope they come back next time I need a repair!.

Very professional and thorough. His expertise helped me make the educated decision on which route to go on my repair. His apprentice was very professional as well. I’ve had this company to my home several times. I’ve never been disappointed.

Nikita was informative and presented us with options that would work best for our situation, he was transparent and explained all the issues with our cooling system. Prompt and quick service!

Ryan Hargraves came over for a minor plumbing issue and identified the problem immediately and it was fixed right away! Very pleasant person.

The entire crew was extremely professional and also caught a few things once they got a better look inside. Explained everything very clearly, and even the clean up was great. I would recommend them highly as it wasn’t just one person, but the whole crew doing a good job. Shawn, Cesar, Chase and Brandon stayed late to make sure everything was done perfectly. Very good crew!

Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful during the replacement process. He really went above and beyond to meet our needs, not only with a great new system but also something that fit into our budget. Top notch customer service during the entire process. I am thankful for Matt! We had a situation and was seeking a solution. Not only did he offer a solution he was knowledgeable enough to offer several viable possibilities. I might add that I appreciated his ability to effectively communicate to a laymen using terminology easily understood.

I had a great experience. Matt discussed a few items that needed to be addressed. He got me on the schedule and promptly took care of my issue. We had our routine heating maintenance visit with tech Ryan Ekhlas, and it was an excellent experience! He was completely thorough in evaluating all 3 of our household systems, changing the filters, and providing us with feedback on his findings and advice. We've been longtime customers of DC Cheek and have rarely had any issues, but Ryan provided a service experience that was exceptional even among a history of excellent service.

Wes not only was thorough with inspections but educated us on what we should be maintaining & options for keeping equipment in top working order. Wes & John removed garbage disposal, installed Halo water filtration system & sediment filter.

Kris was punctual and very polite. He checked all 3 systems and took the time to explain what he did and how the systems operate. We will request him again to do our spring maintenance check. The company is great and we highly recommend them!

Alex Thomas came within the time period stated. He started immediately to see where the problem was. Upon finding the first problem in the inside air conditioning unit in the attic he advised me that a section of the wiring had melted and burned and he immediately replaced it. He then checked the electric panel and found a short in the furnace part he didn’t have the part so he needed to return the next day. Alex was very professional knew immediately what had to be done all the while was kind, respectful and really showed concern that I would be without heat until the next day. I would definitely recommend Alex again and again. He is one hundred percent a great person to have for his company. Thank you DC Cheek company.
