Forsyth County Tax Comm / Tag Office

The officials here are super helpful. I had a few questions regarding my car title and they were able to help me immediately without redirecting me to multiple personnels.

I had also visited the Forsyth office for license plate change and they took only about 10 minutes to help me with the whole process.

Wonderful, friendly service from Mary at the Sharon Road location. There was an equally wonderful lady who sat next to Mary as well but I didn’t get her name. Thank you both very much for helping to assist me with my new to me car title, taxes, etc. I absolutely love the new license plate with the butterflies.

Very polite staff. Person next to me was yelling at lady behind the counter , but she was very polite to him. She did NOT lose her temper. Always quick in and out trip. Covid has made every job hard !!! even in the presence of a cop this man was misbehaving

The most efficient governmental agency I've dealt with. Always easy breezy whether you are renewing your tag, making a property tax payment or applying for a new title/tag. I used to use the drop box thinking it would be a long wait going inside but for many years now I just step in to complete the transaction and have never waited for more than a few minutes.

Hands down the most efficient and friendliest government agency I have dealt with. They are a model for rest of the state govt agencies.

Not often can you leave a positive review for a DMV / Tax Comm. but they are AWESOME. Lauren took my complex case into her own hands and handled it without me even knowing. She called me personally to let me know the issue (NOT because of them) was resolved and walked me through next steps. Bonita was so nice and helpful and made what is usually crummy experience a pleasant one. Thank you!!

I recently went in to get a new title and on a separate occasion get a renewed tag. Each time I was in for a total of probably 3 minutes for both trips. They are extremely helpful and just amazing. I've never had such a good experience with government workers. This is the only place that I've ever felt it necessary to post a review on because I work in customer service and they are just extremely helpful in every way.

Went for handicap tag for my sister. The front desk lady was so sweet and she helped get in and out quickly. Thanks staff

What a refreshing easy experience at the DMV!! Went in on a Tuesday afternoon with my fiancé to get him a Georgia license! They made it so effortless we were in and out in under 10 minutes. A bit of a drive for us to come all the way up here but worth it!
