I will never be able to write a review amazing enough to describe our experience with Azra with Gwinnet Car Care. That woman is an angel. My husband totaled our vehicle about a month ago. Life has a funny way of shaking things up lol we were 3 months away from paying off this vehicle and had decided about a month prior to take about a year off from car payments and save for a car. Well that rainy, Thursday afternoon changed those plans quick. The insurance claim went great and fast. We received our check and started car shopping. It was weeks of the worst customer service. I was feeling really deflated. I was told "it's tax season and now is not the time to negotiate" by an actual car salesman.

Then I reached out about yet another vehicle and that is when I met Azra, who I explained our situation to. I explained what we had been through and she took probably 30 minutes or more on the phone with me walking me through the best scenario for my husband and I and how we could make this work, NOT what was best for her and the dealership. She was caring and patient and let me ask her 100 questions. It took time. A few days to make everything work, but Azra walked me through everything. Calling me multiple times per day some times just to say "Don't stress Kari. We've got this"

and we did!!! We drove away in our car today and I will always be thankful for this experience. Thank you Azra!!! We love our car!!!!!!

I had a problem with my Tahoe thinking it needed a tune up. They advised me to use some ocean foam cleaner for my Injectors.
