I’ve been a longtime customer of JAB but didn’t go after they were acquired by MW. I’ve started going back this past year and have been pleasantly surprised. Some of the old staff is still there and it’s the same quality of clothing and friendly service. They also have frequent sales with very good prices.

Jalal is the consummate professional! He’s always eager to help a novice like myself with the complexities of sizing, matching, and coordination. He’s very considerate of your choices and does not push anything on you, but rather guides and recommends you to help make the best decision in dress. Go see him. Ask questions. You’ll feel like you made the right choice!

Came in to get a dress shirt for a funeral starting in less than 30 minutes. Was measured and provided with a shirt that fit right quickly. They also steamed the shirt for 2-3 minutes to get out the wrinkles. Incredible service.

Came in this past weekend to get a suit. Everyone in the store was very friendly when we first walked in. I was fortunate to have Miss Rachel help me through the process of picking out a suit and a shirt and tie that matched well for my upcoming occasion. I can’t say enough about how awesome she was! I will definitely make sure to come back to this location because of her. Wish I could have gotten a survey or something to give her an even bigger shoutout!

After learning that my wedding rentals were cancelled after an abrupt closure of another company, I immediately went to this location to set up rentals for myself and my groomsmen. Dominic was very helpful, had answers to all my questions and helped save my wedding attire in less than an hour! If you were also a victim of Savvi’s closure, I recommend this company!

Martin really knows his stuff. Right away, he was able to size me up, pick out a jacket and pants that were exactly the right length, and helped me order the waist size I needed. He also helped pick out a shirt and tie that matched my suit very well. Bravo!

I bought a suit here and enjoyed the experience thoroughly. I worked with Martin E., he showed me suits along the lines I was looking for and worked with me to get me the right suit. I was able to get through the process quickly and got a suit I quite liked for a reasonable price thanks to Martin. I also found him to have a good eye for the business he was in. I went to pick up the suit on a different day and worked with Austin and I found him too be wonderful to work with.

Dominic was awesome!! Very patient and friendly! They really made us feel comfortable and store had good selection!

With an unfortunate time happening being a funeral, I had to find a suit quick. The gentleman helped me look for my size and after not having what I needed pointed me in the right direction on where to go. He helped tremendously.

I can not say enough good things about this store. I went in yesterday with 2 of my sons to get suits for my mom's funeral tomorrow. The men working were compassionate, helpful and made sure my boys were all set. During such an incredibly devastating time, they truly stepped up. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Store Employees were great, prices were more than reasonable! I came in looking for a last minute suit for a wedding(long story), and while it was a little too last minute for me to get the full suit, I was able to get some last minute shirts that look great that will go perfectly with my back up plan. Thanks Mitchell(I think) and your manager for super professional service and relaxed sales..., I will definitely be back to refresh my professional wardrobe!

Decided to visit this location after a coworker said he loved his suit he got for his wedding from here and i needed one for my wedding as well. Saw the older reviews from months back but gave it a shot anyways. The employees must've been replaced since then because my experience was fantastic. I'm a blue jeans and boots kinda guy, never owned a suit prior. One nice young man started to help me out initially before passing me to the more experienced salesman. Marshall was phenomenal. Didn't make me feel uncomfortable or silly for not knowing the suit game nor any aspect of it. Very professional and easy to talk too, got me sized up and picked out exactly what my fiancee and i wanted on the first try. Promptly called me when it came in and was fitted within minutes, can't wait for it to come in tailored to me. Thanks again to Marshall for the fantastic service and experience!

My husband needed a pair of slacks and a new dress shirt for our winter engagements coming up. We are new parents, and I wanted to come with him to approve of his selections. We were nervous of bringing in our baby and stroller into the store. Miss Rachel was so kind to both of us and even played with our baby while my husband was measured. In the midst of paying and taking care of the baby- my husband left his purchase at the counter and a young gentleman brought it out to our car. Excellent service even though we weren’t “big spenders” today.

Thanks to Rachel's knowledgeable and personalized service, my husband will be dressed for a last minute black-tie event. She made the shopping experience a breeze with her expertise of exactly what we needed. I would recommend her assistance with dressing to impress.

Stopped in to get measurements for a wedding in June and the Henry helped me out. I was clear that I was not buying anything today / the transaction was being run through another store and he still spent quite a bit of time with me to make sure the suit would looks its best when we purchased it. He had a great fashion sense and a great personality. If you are stopping in ASK FOR HENRY. He didn't get any of my money tonight but he sure deserved it so I would recommend you request him. He took great care of me.

I came to this store wanting to buy couple of pants, and I left very happy and satisfied. One of the employees there, Jalal, was very kind and knowledgeable about the style that I wanted. He took the time to explain the difference in fabric, and even suggested few items that complimented what I wanted. The staff is always welcoming and helpful with my shopping needs. Thank you

Nothing but good stuff to say about my experience at Jos. A. Bank in Cumming. I needed a suit ASAP for an event and these guys really impressed me. Marshall did an excellent job on the sales end. He steered me in the right direction and within 30 minutes our transaction was complete. My suit was altered for me at the store and the turn-around was quicker than I expected. Thanks again to Marshall and also to the tailor!

We fell in love with Ms Racheal. She was sweet, informative, accommodating and very kind. I like that this store offers in house tailoring at such reasonable pricing (our tailoring was only 13 bucks). We will definitely return!

I have been a customer of Jos. A Bank for years, primarily in the Hilton Head SC store and always been happy with them. This year I moved to Cumming and had put off getting a much needed new suit. Last weekend I had a sudden death in my family and was going to go home to SC quickly for the funeral. I called from work Sunday mid day, spoke with Marshall explaining my situation. He said not to worry, come in at 10 the next morning and we will fit you, alter and have you out the door by that afternoon. Great, problem solved. Then I received a call at 5:20pm Sunday afternoon saying the service was going to be Tuesday morning, not Wednesday. I was still at work in Gainesville, called and spoke to Jalal as I was walking out the door. I explained my updated situation saying I know you close at 6 and it will be 6:15 before I get there AND I need to pick up the altered Suit Monday at 10:30 as I leave town. Jalal eased my mind saying it is no problem, I will be here for you and have you taken care of. I arrived as said, Jalal was there waiting and took his time with me, trying on Suits and fitting me perfectly with a suit. I came in the next morning at 10:30 sharp, Marshall was there to help me try on the new, altered suit and pick out the perfect tie. Thank you to both Jalal and Marshall for a job very well done! This could have been a difficult situation for me and you went above and beyond to make it one thing that I did not have to worry about. Thank both very much!!
