Terri was very helpful today! I came in to purchase gifts for baby shower games and she helped me find everything I needed.

I just have to come on here and brag on Ms. Megan & Ms. Terrie at the store here. They were so helpful. Made me feel at ease as I'm a online shopper so when I go into a store, its always a bit overwhelming for me and they both made me feel at ease and answered my questions. Helped make sure I was leaving with satisfied products/scents! I so appreciate the team here. Thank YOU!

Tiana and Juanette were amazing and very patient with my boyfriend and I as we came in right before closing and had a tall ask when it came to my pick up in store order. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was great.

I worked for BBW as a Store Manager in the late 90’s and I was so impressed with a manager in the Sugarloaf Mills store today named Elli I believe. Great customer service to all the customers super knowledgeable, and so positive and uplifting when she was giving her team direction. Very valuable asset to the company!

I had never been to this location prior to this visit, but I placed a pick up order and this was the location that had what I wanted. I called to be guided to the closest entrance to the store and Ashlee answers the phone. When I tell you I am so grateful for Ashlee, she was so patient and willing to help. She literally guided me to the closest entrance, and as soon as I walked in the store is a few feet away. She was just as pleasant in person and is the one who actually went to go grab my order. I will absolutely come back to this location, customer service is exceptional!

My girlfriend loves this place. Everything smells so good. I don't understand it though. With so many scents, everything smells like everything else 😂. Unless you're there for something specific you can easily be overwhelmed.

I visited this store for the first time on Candle Day 2019 the staff was amazing. I got there a little b4 7am and the guy that greeted everyone was exceptional, he set the tone for the whole store. The staff was professional and helpful everything went smoothly. I will absolutely make this my go to store.

Always a joy coming in here. If you think you can collect them all, think again. BMBW is constantly coming out with new scents. The customer service is great.

Bath & body works has such a great selection. There was one gentleman in there who helped me in my friend find everything that we were looking for and his name was Jason. He was so helpful and he made the shopping experience a lot easier for us. this is my first time going to this location and I have to say I will definitely be back.

THE BEST DEALS to suck you in & make you spend all your gift money but it's so worth it!!! The products continue to improve and expand every time I visit!! My favorite scents are the moonlight path spray and beautiful day lotion/body wash/soap. Just purchased 4 white barn candles for my mom & she loves them! Hubby's mom loves the Japanese Cherry Blossom! Love that gift wrapping is quick and complimentary!

Everyone was sooo nice and friendly, even though it was busy every employee greeted my family as we shopped around the store and asked if we needed help or have any questions!!! Made me buy more!!!

The deals on candes and soaps and everything make it worth it. The smells are the best. As soon as I came in there was someone to gree me and ask if I needed any help with what I'm trying to find. This is why I love this store so much.

I went during day one of the summer semi annual sale so they were a little busy. I think his name was Derell, he was very helpful not only to me but other customers on the floor. The only bad thing and it's not the staff's issue, the store is located right in the food court so you smell all the yummy food and it kind of messes up the BBW smell. :)

Customer service was stellar. I was immediately addressed about the current sales, staff handed me a bag to shop and was immediately available for a prompt check out.

I love the associates. They are all very helpful and friendly. Pricey but the customer service even things out.

I mean it's Bath & Body Works- if you don't like good smells don't visit here.
