We came on a busy Saturday night and every table was occupied with about a 35 min wait. We chose to eat at the bar and that was a great decision!
Sam was the bartender and she was amazing! Sam worked so hard and her service was impeccable! She made sure everyone at the bar was taken care of and food brought out so quickly even though the restaurant was so busy. And she makes a mean Italian Old fashion!

Most of us have seen or have a meal at a Carrabba’s Italian Grill restaurant. But the restaurant location in Cummins, GA provides a really good gastronomical experience with a family feel. The ambiance is perfect for an amazing, fulfilling, tasty and American-Italian meal. Amazing to share with your loved ones and friends. It is also the perfect environment for a social gathering with co-workers or friends to have some good conversations.

The restaurant is well located at the 400N Exit 13 and it has an awesome feel of far from the hussle of our cool Atlanta city.

The food is amazing and so is the presentation! But service, is what it makes the experience! The service is beyond AMAZING, super attentive, quick and efficient. The whole staff will make sure your experience is an amazing one but if you are lucky to have Austin to serve you, you do not have to worry about anything! He is simply the best. He is a young gentlemen that will make you feel like you are the only guest in the restaurant. He is super attentive, and simply the very best staff in the place.

The restaurant was so busy tonight there was a long wait for a table so we elected to eat at the bar - excellent choice! Because we had Sam as our bartender/server and she was a total rockstar!! Amazing food as usual but wow on the amazing service! She was all over it!! Kept up with so many customers dining at the bar in addition to making all the drinks for the entire restaurant! We will most definitely be back and will CHOOSE the bar for dining because of Sam!!!

I absolutely adore Sam & Lindsey. The food is fresh, she remembers everything and they are super sweet! We love Carrabba’s and if you’ve never tried their filet, it is an excellent cut of meat!! Enjoy

Service has been a bit lacking as far as drinks being refilled and trying to get our server's attention the last two times we've been. The food is superb however, and zero complaints about the atmosphere or cleanliness of the establishment.

Elizabeth was such a good waitress the other night she brought all the food I needed and was so kind and helpful throughout my stay. She was able to start conversation and always came by the table for refilled and more. When I come back I definitely will want to have Elizabeth as my waitress again.

This is a very good store. Kids bringing out the order were very polite, intelligent and efficient- thank you. This is based on two visits, one in December 2023, and the second one in January 2024. Order five servings of soup - that was all. Soup was good.

Thank you to Corey, Julia and Esmeralda. They are all very kind and patient. They made my experience memorable, and I will definitely be ordering from this location again. I ordered the salmon and it was delicious. Thanks again! 😊

Great food, great service. I miss Carrabba’s because the one near us shut down so you can imagine my surprise when we were up getting the second vaccine and saw this one. This is one of the most consistently good restaurant chains around.

The first time I ate at Carrabba’s I had Pollo Rosa Maria and that’s exactly what I had tonight. It’s such a good dish - all the right things brought together - chicken, cheese, mushrooms and prosciutto. 🤤

Our server was great, even when she got seated with a large party she kept making the loop and we wanted for nothing. Such good food and what a great experience.

Elizabeth was an absolutely wonderful server. She was timely and kind. She paced our dishes and never made us feel rushed. She’s the main reason I’m giving 5 stars!

Placed a to go order tonight that unfortunately took a lot longer than expected. The manager, Tina, was very kind and made sure we were taken care of. It’s very difficult to find great customer service these days so we were very impressed with her.

Lindsey was extremely attentive from beginning to end of service. All of the questions I had she was able to answer and her recommendations were excellent. Food is incredible!

I eat at Carrabba’s pretty regularly. Tonight I had an above average experience there with Austin as my server. I’ll be back, and I’ll be requesting Austin!

Great food and great people! Prices were a bit higher than expected, but the portions fit the price! All the waitstaff we interacted with were very nice and attentive.

I visited this Carrabba's yesterday, 10-27, around 1:30 p.m. My friend and I were seated in the bar area with other guests. Although it was not very crowded right then, business did increase. Nick P. was the only server we could see and he did a phenomenal job not only serving, but also bartending! Through all the busyness, he remained cheerful and professional, even offering fresh bread! We were quite impressed with his attitude throughout our dining experience. The food was served quickly and tasted delicious! We will definitely return.

I really enjoyed eating at Carrabba's for the first time! The service was really good as they were very attentive and helpful! The chicken parmesan I ordered was delicious and just what I was looking for! I highly recommend coming to this location if you're looking for some good Italian food!

Nick the server is awesome! Friendly, quick, and seems to really care about taking care of his tables. He’s been my server twice and has been wonderful both times.

I drive 30 minutes to get to this Carabba’s and I’ve always had good service and the food is yummy. I hate most chain restaurants but this one is still doing things right. Good food, good service, clean restaurant and bathroom!

I normally do not review chain restaurants but this is an excellent value for a very fast lunch.
Very fresh salads. Great soups.
The restaurant is clean and well spaced out.
Unlimited salad and soup at a price you would pay for a fast food meal.
