I went to this office today for the first time. I was a little cautious at first as the lobby was pretty busy. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a smooth system and I only waited maybe 10 minutes to be seen. Speaking with Dr. Daly was extremely easy, he was laid back and easy to get along with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of that day. If you're new to sleep apnea or other issues similar I definitely would recommend him. His staff was friendly as well unlike a lot of places.

Great guy. Very personable, actually spends some time listening to you. I highly recommend him.

One of the nicest doctor I have ever met. Very informative. Has true concern and regard for his patients with a big touch of that downtime comfort. Love him!

Dr. D is compassionate, experienced and listens to any concerns or questions I have. I am grateful to have him as my Dr.

Has been wonderful for me for many years now! Pinpointed my horrible sleeping problems and has been helping me beautifully ever since!

Everything was great

I've always had a pretty good appointment with Dr Daly and his staff. At times you encounter a flaw in scheduling but for the most part Dr Daly and his staff are very professional when I see them in their Jesup facility. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Daly is a great doctor but it's a few of his employees that gives his office a bad review (Savannah Office). As a doctor 4 stars, some of his staff 1 star (not all the staff, just that few that act as though they DO NOT want to be there but for the check and could care less about good customer service). As the old folks use to say, "First impressions last" (staff have to give better impressions because it's making a good doctor look bad).

Have had a hard time with this office from the onset....last year checkup was supposed to have pressure increased...never happened...this year caught that...but now have been dealing with an incorrectly written order for supplies...3 visits to get supplies only to find out the Dr. office never re-faxed a corrected order..since July...order is
now expired....a wonderful call center worker (Amanda) knew just how to get the ball rolling in the right direction. Had to cancel followup appt....nothing new to report until I get my NEW SUPPLIES....but they were leaving me a msg first thing to see when I could reschedule....sheesh

First time I saw Dr. Daly and described my symptoms, he said that I may have angina pectoris but he is not an expert. Luckily I have not.
After I used the home test kit I had an appt with doctor Daly - so I thought - his practitioner saw me and said that I had a mild form of sleep apnea and recommended either a C-pap or some other device ($ 2.400). That was it.
I demanded to see Dr. Daly as the lung - and sleep specialist who then told me that there’s nothing wrong with my lungs. That’s great, but my severe sleeping disorder was obviously not his problem. And now I need another sleeping specialist,

I gave them a 1 star because I couldn't give them a zero. This is the worst, most disrespectful office ever. Showed up for 2 appointments 2 different times only to there is not a provider here today. Worst experience ever from a Doctor's office.

This is the worst run physician practice in the world. Staff is so disrespectful. No greeting. Just, “you know you have a balance”. I did not have a balance. They were trying (illegally) to collect a deductible, which I don’t have. They would not see me until I paid it. Well I called my insurance on the spot and they confirmed my co-pay. I had them talk to the manager, aptly named Ms Pitts, who acknowledged my copay. She then put in the system to collect my $60 copay. While paying it, the front desk girl did not like the way I handed her my card… how ridiculous. Ms Pitts then checked with the PA to see if she would see me. She responded no. Pitts told me I had to see Dr Daly who had previously threatened me, refusing to hear my side, with a discharge if I disturbed his staff again. All of this without listening to my story… I was not going through that again. To heck with Daly and his terrible staff that he supports. #goingrouge

Used the patient portal to contact doctor. A quick discussion about my prescription. Office replied make an appointment. I had an appointment set up next week so tried again to contact doctor thru patient portal. This time office stated prescription called in. That was three days ago. Now I am out of sleep meds. I am in for a long night. Office help is no good. Once I posted this it showed as a high rating 🤔

Dr. Daly never pulled the medical records. I signed off for him to pull. Instead he went back to an old Doctor Who misdiagnosed me and spread lies and rumors about me. The doctor that she pulled medical records from said that I lied about my son cerebral palsy, and had never treated my son a day in his life or seen any of his medical. Thank you. that’s OK because I’ve been looking bad to Social Security disability for a little while now and I think they’re looking into it because I’ve seen all my medical records and my sons as well.

I have never been disrespected by a doctor's office staff as I was today. I have tried for two weeks to get my follow up appointment and even though I had an appointment scheduled, the office staff failed to send what was needed even after several calls. I had to call the office 14 times within 2 hours of my appointment. Why you may ask? The staff hung up on me 6 times, got disconnect 4 times, got through 4 times, only to be placed on hold for 15 + minutes each time. I was not able to make my appointment because they would not send what the agency they referred me to the signed documents they needed. This was the 2nd failed appointment that caused me time off work. I know I can’t be the only one that has had to deal with this, simply amazing to me but they got paid by my insurance and I had to pay my co-pay if not, It would end up on my credit report and It would all be my fought even with no services given!

Had an appointment and saw the Np. Didn’t know I was going to see Np. Thought it was the Dr. I was ordered the wrong medication. Left 2 messages one to have Np call me back. Left another message regarding wrong medication. When I didn’t get a call back by the following day I called to speak to the practice manager. Left a voice message for her. When I did not get a return call I called the following day. Left another message. Again no call back. Today I went into the portal and requested Dr Daly to call me and no return call. Won’t be going back. No interest in their patients. When u are calling and stating wrong medication and they don’t call back it is clearly a lack of concern.

I saw Dr. Daly once and was prescribed a CPAP machine. The machine works fine - but this office is overloaded with patients, and therefor has terrible costumer service. Regardless of appointment time, I have to wait over an hour when I arrive. When calling the office I am constantly put on hold, or transferred to an answering service. Sleepwell in Savannah has also been terrible to work with for supplies.
