Chase Bank

I have always been served by Jorge must say he is the kindest of tellers I have ever had. I will ALWAYS wait to be served at his window and will always come to this branch to be served. If all tellers were as great as Jorge the banks would be much better.

This is the best bank I have done businesses with in years & have not had one single problem whatsoever, I always feel welcomed when I come here the employees are so polite & kind.

I have banked here for years. Always had good service. The employees go out of their way to be polite and courteous. They always say hello and call me by name. I am satisfied with this bank and feel that they are as good as they can be based on the fact that they are a "big" bank. I do think some of the fees are high but then, I feel that way about all of the big multi-state banks. I like the people there and look forward to seeing them daily.

Confused... where are the atms?? Those are way more convenient to use than going inside or using the drive thru... I love chase but what's up with this? I hope the plan is to install new ones??

I get charged fees every time I get a cashier’s check. They don’t even tell me they just charge my account

Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Checked in and waited a total of 40 minutes before I left. People came in and was placed before me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Not very customer service oriented, like other Chase banks...

A terrible choice for business banking. We had a rather large wire transfer to our accounts from an acquisition and go 'missing' by Chase. After spending a few hours on the phone and getting no where, I was told to go into a branch. The manager is unable to do anything other than call tech support in India, and they (shockingly) are also useless. As soon as the wire transfer gets fixed, we'll be shutting down all business with Chase. Save yourself the headache and skip them entirely.

Very unprofessional. There is no point in making appointments if they still make you wait 45 min even when the bank is empty.

Every time I come to the drive thru I am in the line for over 30 minutes. This is very unacceptable when you have a business to run and you have to make a quick run to the bank for deposit.
