The nicest employees offered to track down an item that was unavailable for my pick up order. When I declined they offered to find me a replacement in their store. They went out of their way to help me despite the missing item being no big deal to me. We need more people willing to go the extra mile in this world but for now find them at PetSmart!

Great selection and really care about our best friends! Toy selection is amazing! We've tried other discount stores and the dog toys are cheap and didn't last! Many tough, and will work better with younger stronger dogs! Dog treat and feed are wide and vast selection! Highly Recommended!

The vet staff here at the Banfield Pet Hospital are awesome. My shy little girl warmed right up to them and was so calm during her exam. That tells me that someone was doing everything right! And actually it was several someones, everyone from the front desk receptionist, the very tech and the vet herself are my baby's new friends.

I'm updating my review because there is a tremendous difference in the behavior of the employees of that location that is closest to me. I didn't have very good experience before but I will be returning as long as it stays the way it is as it was today. Thank you you were all helpful and kind employees! You are appreciated and I know everyone doesn't show it.

I needed to upgrade my fish tank as my fish have begun growing! There were so many options and such cute little decor for them that it was so hard to choose!
Definitely suggest the fish supply section here when you're looking for larger tanks. The biggest I was finding elsewhere was 10 gal and mediocre display stuff. Here I managed to find multiple size and styled tanks and everything from little decorative mushroom houses, to SpongeBob set pieces, to zen gardens with fairly accurate temples and statue designs.
Bonus points that the Halloween themed pet supplies was being stocked when I went in so I got an extra little dose of serotonin ❤

By far the cleanest petsmart I've been to. Didn't smell bad, everything was neat, stocked with product, and great service.

My rating is based on the salesman that worked with my wife and I. Hunter Hollis is a very caring person and easy to deal with. If you go here to buy a car, you have to ask for him if you want a salesman that will treat you right.

Found exactly what I needed(e- collar). The price was a lot cheaper than Petco by $5. In closing it was simple to conform and place on my dog.

I brought my daughter in Sunday night to pick out a Betta. We are first time fish owners and are absolutely grateful for Marks' help with everything! He is a detail oriented worker, very knowledgeable, kind and a joy to work with when picking everything out! I feel like we were met with a wealth of information for all of our questions and we left feeling like it was time and money well spent!!! Mark also helped multiple other people with their needs while we were browsing tanks and decor. Everyone seeming just as happy as we were with his help. We will be back, for his knowledge and customer service skills and patience!!! You made what could've been a stressful situation with a 3 year old a joy!!! Thank you and great job!

I love that you can take ur animals inside and shop. The groomers are so careful with ur animals and they have a veterinarian office inside. They have adoption days couple times a month so u can adopt a pet. Their staff is awesome,,,,, went by thr today an got fish food. store is always so clean the employees are so helpful !!!

A little pricey but they almost always have what I need.
