Albertsons

This is my neighborhood store and I know where everything is and where everything should be. They DO NOT disappoint. The store is always clean and the employees there are always friendly. Ms. Shelia is fabulous and always a shining star. She makes my checkout experience so easy and carefree. I’ll probably be in there tomorrow to shop for more.

Very nice grocery store. They have good produce. Their flower and plant department has many varieties to choose from. The store is clean and well maintained. Everything is well layed out and the aisles are spacious enough for two carts to pass each other.

The attached picture is what I walked into. Walking into the floral department - genius! Clean, well stocked, courteous staff, I liked the layout of the store. It was a pleasant grocery shopping experience. I will certainly be back.

Get sales. Prices are high but good sales. Great deli, fresh meat counter, cashier and customer service areas were very helpful and professional!

AMAZING customer service. I placed a curbside pick-up order yesterday to prepare for Thanksgiving and while putting them away I realized I was missing my pie crusts. Before I could even enter no-pie-panic mode, an associate was calling to let me know of her mistake (completely understandable as the store was CRAZY busy) and offered to hold it or refund it. I chose the refund, no big deal, we have tomorrow.. right? Well, this morning I received a call from Lynn (manager? Supervisor? Either way, heaven-sent!) and she assured me I would not find another pie crust the day before Thanksgiving - and she would not allow me to go without. Lynn then offered to *drive the pie crust to my house!* She took time out of her day and personally drove ONE single bag to my house. She saved my husband from a wild crust-chase around town and, as far as I’m concerned, also saved our Thanksgiving. Acts of kindness like this shine extra bright during this crazy year and it won’t go unnoticed. Thank you so much again and again, Lynn!!

There are still good, honest people in this world. I left my wallet with all my credit cards and cash there and went back and the lady who checked me out had it. I was so relieved that I found it, I did not get her name. I have never in my 60 years of life have I left my wallet behind and I was in a frenzy. Thank you Lord for the people who you place in my path. Thank you for your honest employees!!

The aisles were neat and uncluttered which made for a quick trip. It was easy to locate desired items and prices were indicated clearly. The cashier was polite, pleasant, and professional.

While visiting my daughter, I had to pick up some things and decided to go to Albertsons at Bluebonnet and Burbank. The employees were so nice and assisted me with finding the items I needed. Shout-out to Joycelyn, Shelia and Alison for being so sweet!

I’ve been coming to this Albertsons for a few years now. Been doing pickup for about a year. Honestly, there’s been a few issues with the app. HOWEVER, the employees at this store handle the app not working very well. When I arrived, I’d call their number and they’d be out within 5 minutes. Albertsons seems to need more employees, but everyone that I’ve interacted with has been wonderful.

The nicest Albertson’s I’ve ever been to. The store is clean and smells nice. There’s also a Starbucks inside! Starbucks staff is very friendly.

I just had the best experience I’ve ever had at a grocery store. Everyone was so friendly. Customer service was wonderful and I think I was told “good morning” at least 10 times. Made a great start to my day!

Very well kept. Very clean and had a "new" look to it. Different layout from the one I am used to shopping in. Had some trouble finding what I was looking for. A wonderful staff member showed me to the first item and pointed me directly to the other. Worth a visit. Cordial staff and well kept store.
