I love going to the Capitol One on Youree Drive!!!! All of the employees are very helpful and kind. And, I must say, the customers at this location are wonderful people!!!!!!!

The teller was so sweet and kind. Resolved my issue as soon as I was done telling her my predicament. I love Capitol One and the especially the branch on Airline.

I have been banking with Capital One since they bought Hibernia. I have never had any problems with them. Everyone has always been nice and professional. I love the mobile banking.

I don’t know Why people are giving them such Low rating bc I’ve been with this bank for awhile now and they are very friendly, courteous and willing to help!! They have always kept my bank account on point and service is great!!! They are one of the Best Banks Around!!!

I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF CAPITAL ONE BANK FOR MORE THAN 15 YEARS AND I HAVE ENJOYED EVERY YEAR DOING MY BANKING THERE!!!! THIS MORNING (3/8/22) ABOUT 9:30, I MADE A WITHDRAWAL OF $300 (2 $100 BILLS, 3 $20 BILLS, 2 $10 BILLS AND 4 $5 BILLS). WELL AS I WAS LEAVING I STOPPED AT THE COUNTER, PLACED MY CASH DOWN TO PUT IN MY WALLET AND LEFT A $100 BILL, THE LOYAL CASHIER (MRS. DEBORAH) NOTICE IT AND IMMEDIATELY CALLED ME, I'M SO THANKFUL, THANK YOU MA'AM, GOD 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 BLESS. CAPITAL ONE BANK (NUMBER ONE) ALWAYS!!!!!

I have never had a bad experience when at this bank! today Abbygail came outside in the drive through to tell no one was inside if we wanted to come in, made we and my little girl very welcome!
