Honestly I was terrified to come to this facility after reading the reviews, saying the front desk was rude and mean, and that the doctors didn’t care about their patients and didn’t try to help them. Well, the front desk staff were as sweet as can be, and work really well as a team. I didn’t know who my Doctor was going to be bc my PCP scheduled the appointment, but the reviews made we feel that I wouldn’t be taken care of. That was also not the case, Dr. Patel is an amazing Dr, and he is going beyond anything that I expected to help me and figure out the cause of my pain and the root of my health issues. Thank you NeuroMedical Center I have been dealing with these issues for over 10 years and the 1st facility to try to get to the bottom of things. ❤💙💜💕

The NMC impresses ! The facilities and staff exceed expectations in health care. There is a comforting feel, a rare emotion, at 'the doctors office, not felt elsewhere. Dr. Oberlander is genuis. Im so very grateful for him and his staff. He saved my life. And, I'm not exaggerating. Our Creator's design of him, his talent is extraordinary. Amazing Surgeon! No doubt, the greatest, above all, in the whole wide world. He is a Gift to humanity, imho. Honestly, I now have a few pain free days, recovering from an incredible successful surgery - brain, neck, & shoulders. Gosh, he is a life saver. How can I ever repay him, them,.for giving me my life back! Thank You for allowing my expressions. I luv NMC.

Dr. Gaynor & his staff are professional, compassionate & make you feel like you’re the only patient they see. I’m so glad I now have an orthopedist who is trying to help me regain mobility & less pain in my back & legs. Kudos to the surgical team who make you feel comfortable & answer any questions you have. Dr. Shaun Kuinoi took care of my pain with a medial branch block and it has allowed me to return to playing pickleball with no restrictions. Thank you so much!

My regular visits to Dr. Thompson are very efficient, to the point and he is very understanding . He answers all your questions and easy to understand his answers. I actually feel better when I leave the office. He’s like a concerned friend. His staff is very efficient and explains things well. I’ve been going there bi monthly for over 3 years and never had a problem with information.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. They will go the extra mile to help the patients with check-in, check out or setting appointments ( Dr’s next appointment, Services, MRI’s, X-Rays, CT Scans, etc). The staff and medical providers are very friendly on the elevators, public areas and walking by in the hallway. If the physician is running behind, the receptionist will put a sign up and let you know as you check in and sets the expectations of about how long you may have to wait. The physicians are very knowledgeable and work together for the benefit of the patient.

Dr. Oberlander , PA Kate Costanza, and staff are amazing! The care I received before, during, and after my surgery were unmatched by any of my previous surgical experiences. I am pain free and living my best life thanks to them.

I want to recognize the scheduler, Keiro (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly). She was extremely helpful in getting my boyfriend’s appointment scheduled. I called to schedule for him with another doctor, prior to speaking with Keiro, and I was told my boyfriend needed a referral. Keiro told me the information I needed to get him scheduled with a surgeon. Once I obtained the information, scheduling an appointment was beyond smooth. Keiro is a fantastic scheduler. I’ve been a patient of the Neuromedical center for over 5 years. Customer service like Keiro’s is what gets me to refer new patients to the practice. Great job Keiro!

The staff and doctors are exemplary. They are helpful, courteous, respectful and show.care for their patients. My doctor, Dr. Thompson helped me beyond any expectations with my pain. I can now do things I never dreamed I would ever be able to do again. For.that, I thankful beyond words.

Dr Oberlander, Dr Graugnard, and the NueroMedical Center literally saved my life. My basic bodily functions were shutting down and I could barely walk and I was in extreme pain. Now I am taking the stairs like a pro and living my life to the fullest. I could not recommend any doctor or facility more.

I’ve been a patient at the NueroMedical Center for approximately 20 years and my father has been a patient for approximately 15 years. I have referred many family members, friends, and even strangers to various doctors of mine depending on their circumstances. The NueroMedical Center has more or less saved my life, or giving me the ability to have my life back due to injuries and disabilities. My doctors have definitely, especially Dr. Scott, has saved my dad’s life in as much as he has came up with the proper medication plan that allows my father to function, living life at 76, as well as myself due to debilitating pain we suffer from as a result of arthritis, Nerve damage, etc. I can function and live again, due to Dr. Whiddon’s migraine treatment plan. There are other doctors that have also Treated me with care and great concern and interest in my overall well-being and I will forever be grateful to them.

My husband and I both see doctors here. He had two surgeries, spinal fusion on his lower back and also on his neck. The doctors and staff were all very nice and knowledgeable. He came through both surgeries just fine. I wouldn't go anywhere else for neurological care. I've been in and out quite a bit lately due to a health issue that is difficult to diagnose... we still don't know what is causing my abnormal blood work and my symptoms. Dr. Gawronski is a great physician. He moves very fast and is sometimes hard to understand, but if you say that you don't understand he will repeat what he was saying. He has scheduled a battery of tests that have left more questions than answers so he is referring me to another doctor in New Orleans. I strongly feel that he has done everything he could and was willing to say, "I just don't know." I respect the honesty. Also, Nurse Melanie Boyd is the NP working my case. AMAZING!!! She honestly cares and is very knowledgeable. Everyone I encountered who works at NMC was very friendly and helpful.

I arrived at the NMC facility and found the parking to be very convenient, every member of the staff I met was courteous , friendly and attentive. Doctors are professional yet friendly, patiently listened to details about my symptoms. Everyone from the nursing staff to the laboratory staff were ready and willing to meet my needs….. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of Neurological treatment…

Nice, friendly staff with very little waiting. Dr. Kidder is great and I love Dr. Diaz! These Neurologists take time to listen to their patients and draw up a diagnosis/treatment plan. Having Chronic Lyme Disease a good Neurologist is important! 👍🏼

I had cervical fusion August 2020. Dr. Oberlander and his whole staff were excellent! My surgery and recovery went well. I was having so much pain before surgery. I am feeling so much better now.

I have followed in the Nuero Medical Center for years now. I truly believe that Dr Garonwski and Dr Brown are the best in their field.
I highly recommend it. The all the physicians and neuropsychologists and the nurses are excellent.
Dr Garonwski stopped my child's seizures in her first appointment. And she has been without seizures for years now. I have no words to describe how happy I am to have found him and the rest of the team that is in charge of taking care of our health.

Dr. Olson and staff are caring,courteous and knowledgeable of my case. Dr.Olson took care of my pre migraines pain,neck and shoulder pains.his treatment plan was extremely effective. My pain level has decreased significantly. I highly recommend him.

I must say after being with Cypress Point for about seven years now says alot. The quality of care and concern for my health is outstanding..to have a NP like Brandi, who really goes that extra mile to make sure that you are receiving the best care possible really means so much to me..thanks for everything..

I have found Dr. Pham , Betty , and Drs. Scrantz and Kristen Dubois to be exceptionally knowledgable team as they care for me .
