Baton Rouge West Inn

I stayed here for two weeks last month and was very pleased with my experience of the place.
The room was clean and comfortable with a microwave and a fridge. Clean towels were given everyday. Housekeeping was very considerate and only cleaned the room after we had gone into the city for the day.
The people looking after the place were very polite and helpful showing us how to get around the city.
The surroundings were well kept and clean. All in all a very positive experience. Southern hospitality at its finest.

I stayed here for 2 months of work. The owners are very friendly and family oriented. Room service is not intrusive but helpful. Great shower, comfortable bed. They offer a small laundromat on-site with 3 washers and dryers.
This has been my favorite work hotel this year.

I cannot express how nice and courteous everyone was here. They went above and beyond to please. Not only is the price right The rooms are very clean the beds also I loved the decorative bedding that added a touch of home for a better night's sleep This was the best louisiana hospitality by far we stayed in several high dollar hotels on our trip and I highly recommend this place.

Very clean rooms and the wash they sheets and covers everything works and it’s cheap very friendly front desk people even the owner is very friendly and nice I give a 5 stars the only problem you might have a little smell in it but hey this ain’t Holliday inn the front desk people they even give you some air freshener to keep from you buying it very nice people

Great price. Came to the area for work and the price is definitely a huge reason I will keep coming back along with the customer service. Rooms are basic rooms with cold ac, the fridge is a mini fridge so that could be better but it's not far from Baton Rouge so you're close to food and groceries. Every time I have to speak with the employees, they are polite and do an amazing job. Highly recommend.

Thiz iz a great Motel to stay at. The Hospitality & Service iz one of the greatest. They treat their customers with great respect. They keep ur Room clean everyday. The atmosphere is great. They keep the property clean & grazz cut. The room rates r excellent. I Njoyed my stay & will alwayz stay at thiz Motel whenever I'm working in town. I just simply Love it!!!!!!!

Really like this place! It’s old but very clean. Reception is always welcoming. I strongly recommend if your looking for cheap, clean and safe.

I wish I take a picture to show you guys how clean the room and the bathroom is and the bedroom had a clean blanket and pillows I'm so happy for getting this type of room with cheap price got it on line for $52

We stayed in a non-smoking king room. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked GREAT!!  I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't usually write reviews but this one was worth writing.

I've read the other reviews so I knew I had to add mine. Our room was clean, comfortable and no signs of bugs/rodents. Yes, it's an older motel but we found no fault with it. The front desk staff was great! Went above & beyond to find us straws. Yes, straws. Would we stay there again? We already did! Last Friday and again last night. Still the great service from the front desk. And for those who smoke, they have both smoking & non-smoking rooms. No, it's not the Marriott but a great place with great rates!!

When I passed by the hotel it immediately caught my eye, its one if the better hotels in Louisiana. The outside is very well maintenanced, the pool, the lobby, the lounge, the room was all nice and spotless. You would think you are in a 5 star hotel and with the prices they give you can't go wrong. The breakfast is one of the best I had in all my years of traveling. I stay in Marriott and Hilton a lot and this was so much better. The environment and ecosystem in the place is just outstanding. The people in the desk are very helpful and answered all the questions I had I would definitely recommend this to anyone passing by the city or just wanting a different location to stay the night.

Love it" Mrs Barbara" at the front desk is wonderful she made it feel like I was around my home town which I haven t seen in months. We own a Trucking company out of St.George,Ga when we got here we had to change 2 semi tires & unload 3 cars on our flat bed and work on another Truck of ours and anywhere else we wouldn't of been able to do it...but here no problem very nice place and the rooms are great with beautiful bed spreads...

Got here around 9 on a Friday night, was told it was 48$ instead of the 30$ Google advertised but the lady at the motel price matched the 30$ for us! With taxes it was 34$, very happy with price! Small continental breakfast in the morning,very clean rooms, would stay here again!

This place is excellent.!!
The rooms are new inside, wonderful showerhead, people upfront are very nice and friendly, also an excellent weekly rate.
I’ve traveled and lived in motels for 40 years and total package, this is one of the best ones I’ve ever stayed.

The staff is awesome! Wonderful customer service. Especially after our stressful vacation. It was nice coming into people who greet with smile and wonderful conversation.

My husband is staying at the hotel for work at the refinery. Our only way of communication is the hotel phone. The front desk lady was very rude and said to only call once an hour and tried to say he "obviously didn't want to be disturbed" talking about MY husband. I had jus talked to him an hour before and had to call him back. The lady had an accent and was most likely the Asian lady who works there my husband said. I highly recommend not using this place. Can't even use the phone there without rudness. It doesn't take much to press a button to direct someones phone call to a room!

Pricing was great, staff was great, quiet, very spacious rooms and the bed was really soft! Going to be staying there again!

Well clean except there was not toilet paper in the bathroom. But well clean and smell very nice. Mr. Keith and Connie Gosey enjoy our night.

Very very convenient for truck. Drivers owners are nice.

Had another wonderful time here this past weekend, staff and owner were just as nice as they were the first time I stayed, room were very clean and the bed is comfortable, in the lobby I like how the clerk keep you informed about the restaurants and different events going on in the area, I really recommend this hotel to everyone 🥰🥰🥰
