Nurses and Dr. Noles was very nice and informative.
The nurse who took care of me, I hope she does everything.
Yesterday was my first visit and really unsure if this procedure worked. To much of my amazement, it did.
Because of my insurance, he was only able to do a test run on me. I'll be very happy when I finally get my main injection. It works!!

Very friendly smiling staff. They show that they care about you the patient. Dr. Noles is very concerned in helping you. Sensitive to my need and giving correct treatments.

I have the greatest pain management doctor ! His staff are friendly, efficient and professional. Since my injections yesterday I have experienced zero pain!!

Dr. Notes really listens and knows a lot outside of his specific field. He was aware of treatment options for my rare disease, and I was really taken back by his knowledge. He makes you feel comfortable, where other prescribers may seem judgmental about your seeking pain management. I told him I didn’t want narcotics, and he provided non-narcotic options for managing my pain. He is excellent.

My experience with Dr John Noles and his staff has been very pleasant. I am waiting for my second appointment and I’m looking forward to working with them to resolve some issues I am having.

Dr Noles and his NP’s are very knowledgeable and caring. They listen to you and answer questions thoroughly. They also explain any procedures they will be doing and give you detailed instructions.

My experience was pleasant but I do wish I could of had some mild sedation during the procedure. Dr. Noles was very gentle but it was painful & pressure with the injection. My pain level was better the following day, only had some soreness around injection site.

As usual Dr Noles helped my hip pain w an injection. I was in so much pain before & now I have 100% relief!! All the staff --from the check-in desk to both nurses to the fluoroscopy tech-- were SO friendly & efficient too!! There was hardly any wait time. As soon as I took a seat after checking in, the nurse came for me to go back to procedure area. Then I waited just a few minutes for my injection & I was on my way home. Experience could not have been better!! Thank you Dr. Noles & your wonderful staff!!

The entire staff from the receptionist to Dr. Noles was friendly and accommodating. Aside from the pain of the procedure, the visit was 10 stars!! Amazing facility and amazing people.

Sam is AWESOME...very thorough, caring, compassionate & personable. She always looks directly at me while talking about my issues before she documents what is discussed (rather than type while we're talking). I have also appreciated & enjoyed having Dr Noles as my doctor for chronic pain issues. There have been issues w/ phone messages & things office staff have "dropped the ball on" over the yrs, but Dr Noles & Sam are the reasons l've continued my care w/ this practice.

Dr. John Noles is an exceptional doctor who cares about his patients, it shows in the work he does. The staff is friendly and helpful everyone makes you feel like you are a part of their family

This is legit the best doctor in all of Shreveport/Bossier for pain management/ neurology. I see him for chronic migraines that I've suffered with since I was 11/12. He's been my doctor for two years now and has made my life better with how he treats my migraines. He has a great manner towards patients and his staff. The nurses are just as phenomenal every time I see them. My only complaint is the office staff are not as good. From losing my paperwork for my job (ada documentation for workplace accommodations), not all are friendly, they don't always move in a timely manner when there's a line of patients waiting to check in. Would not go anywhere else though due to how amazing Dr Noles is!!!!! He's literally changed my life for the better!!!!

Best doctor & staff ! Dr Noles takes the time to study charts so I don’t have to go over entire medical history at each visit. Careful prescribing gives me confidence that I get the proper treatment.

Staff stayed on schedule. I was in and out within an hour. Received very good results from my injection. Totally satisfied with my experience at your clinic.
