Life Storage - Baton Rouge

Front office has been extremely helpful and quick since I started using this location for a 10x20. Last time I needed assistance, it took less than 5 minutes to have everything fixed and taken care of thanks to them. The facilities have also been clean and the climate control has never gone down. 10/10

I have always had the best experience with this storage site, the quick and quality service, and the wonderful people behind it all. I would greatly recommend this company, especially at this exact location, to come and witness, enjoy and experience for themselves great quality at its finest!

Easy and quick to purchase a new storage unit. Buildings were clean and quiet and am very pleased with my new unit and moving in!

The facility was very clean and well kept after. It was a really nice atmosphere and I felt a certain level of trust with my belongings. Jay was really helpful in familiarizing me with the layout of the facility and kept a shockingly positive energy the entire tour.

Jay was a great help. He showed me around the facility and answered all of my questions. I was stressed about storage at first but he made me feel comfortable and safe about storing my valuables at this location. 10/10 Customer Service!! Highly recommend!

The customer service is friendly. Jay in particular did a great job organizing our companies storage unit. From our 3rd party representatives coming in to get access to the unite and UPS getting access to the unit and calling me anytime there was a package needed for pick up.

I had a great experience! Carlisha was very polite and respectful. She was very informative with the things we needed to know!!! We need more people like her that have great attitudes. She made me feel at home when I went in!!!! I will recommend this place to my friends and family!
