Boomtown Casino Hotel

Great place. Very comfortable, very nice rooms. Would recommend and definitely will come again. Casino has lots of slots to choose from and has multiple card tables as well as Texas Holdem tournament play. Trying my luck there tonight. Wish me luck!

Stay here frequently. The king rooms and suites are wonderful! Elegant and comfortable with style and class. However, the double rooms are less desirable as they seem to have a little less class and elegance. Overall I definitely recommend a weekend here to relax, have fun or just escape the outside world for a little while!

This was clean hotel, friendly staff, need a little updating, but great price for your stay! Very safe area, other casinos near, and restaurants.

I stood and watched my friend gamble on two occasions. He said this was his favorite place in our area. I'm not big on casinos but it seemed clean, friendly, and staff went out of the way to be helpful. Parking was easy.

We came to Shreveport for the Derby and decided to stay through Labor Day at the last minute. We always enjoy staying here at Boomtown even though it may not be the newest or most prestige It's a comfortable, convenient, and friendly environment plus the grounds and parking are the best in my opinion. This trip was no exception to the fun and comfort we are accustomed to experiencing. But there is one employee I would like to acknowledge for her willingness to go above and beyond and the professionalism and kindness she has displayed and that is Katie I am not sure if she is the manager or what but I tell you she is really a pleasure and she is such a asset to Boomtowns hotel and the guest who she has the opportunity to care for. I hope she stays around and we get to see her in our future visits. I also want to note the slots are always good to us also. If we go home broke it's our own fault!! Labor Day 2023

Place was nice. Was a little upset they don't have a dang roulette table. Staff was nice.

I had a amazing stay! The hotel front desk were so friendly and assisted me with all my needs when asked. Mr Charles was extremely polite and professional when checking me in! The housekeeping staff was also amazing! Whenever I needed or asked for anything they were on it. Mr. Torian and Ms. Lashanta (not sure of the correct spelling) were always polite and helpful. Lastly the food from Boomers Cafe was always hot and delicious! Kim, Steven, Gavin, and the whole staff were great. Definitely will stay again.

No wins at casino. But we had fun. The Hotel was great.

Great place to gamble they have a wide variety of gaming devices slot machines including video poker ♦ ♣ ♥ table games and sports kiosks for betting on sports. I only have a couple of problems with them one is that they close at 3:00 a.m. and none of their slot machines will accept one-dollar bills only five-dollar bills and up.

It's one of my favorite places to relax and have fun when I need to get away. The staff are friendly and always happy to see you!

I had a great time playing video poker at Boomtown Casino! The staff was friendly and helpful, the machines were well-maintained, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. The bottom floor bartender is literally an angel. She remembered I needed I needed diet for my Long Island without telling her and then walked to the other end of the casino and personally returned my phone to me when I left it on her bar top.

Boomtown has become my favorite casino in Bossier/Shreveport. I enjoy their selection of slot machines. Usually there during daylight......now to figure out restaurant hours. Boomers served up a good burger however....

Always a great time. Some rooms could use a revamp. But each room has been nice. Onsite restaurants are great! Staff aims to please. Good luck on the boat!!

This was my first time visiting Shreveport. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation this is the place to go. The casino location isn't the greatest, but overall, it was a delightful stay, even in the cold. You are less than a mile from the boardwalk. You could walk from the hotel to there, but I wouldn't recommend it. The casino looks a little shady, but the inside is nice. My biggest frustration about casinos is the noise. You don't have that here. The beds were very comfortable and SO CLEAN! The staff was a delight too. We will be back.

My husband and I enjoy our visit every time we are at Boomtown Casino. The staff is so wonderful to us especially Mr. Brandon Stewart, Orlando and Maria. There are a few more but I can not think of their names. Thanks for having a great team. They make our visit very nice.. a great friendly environment. Mr. Stewart a special thanks to you. You always interact with the guest.

This is probably my second time coming here. The first time my daughter wanted to get me out of the house after everything opened back up after the pandemic. The second time I spent my honeymoon here and I absolutely loved our room with the jacuzzi tub! The staff was very nice and welcoming.

The free play sucks when u local u have to be from Texas to get broke off...sad 😭😭😭

Room was kinda outdated and jacuzzi had missing knobs. It was a smoking room so I understand... But service was Wondering and the restaurant was Great. Totally makes up for the issues in the room. I would definitely book again 😁
