Bob was so inviting and friendly. Although we pretty much knew which washer and dryer we wanted, he gave us a lot of good information on the brand and what to expect. He was also incredibly efficient in checking us out and setting up delivery/install. We were in and out of there in less than 20 minutes and looking forward to our delivery in just a couple days. Best appliance buying experience ever!!

Easy process! Sold me exactly what I needed, delivered much quicker than a big box retailer! The delivery team were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We will definitely purchase here again.

I had a very positive experience this morning at Slyman Brothers. The salesman was Lance, and he was very helpful with details and knowledge. He made the selection and purchase of a new washer, easy and comfortable. My daughter was along, and she agrees with my evaluation. I appreciated the fact that Lance did not put pressure on me to select and purchase. He made the process positive.

I felt Lance knew the product and availability very well, Therefore he was able to give suggestions and guidance in the purchase. He also made it very easy to purchase the refrigerator and set up delivery without having to come to the store to finalize the sale.

Lance was very knowledgeable
of the appliances and very patient as we made a decision on a washer and dryer. We appreciated the professional way he walked us through the process and found it to be a "breath of fresh air" compared to other businesses we visited.
Brett, Dalton and Brent did a wonderful job setting up and delivering our appliances. They were knowledgeable, very professional and worked well as a team. One narrow door they needed to go through was carried in by 2 of them using only straps. Our delivery and set up was completed in record breaking time. Thank you so much.

Very nice person, Bob Slyman. No pressure. Was very helpful and was in and out within 15 min. Delivery before Thanksgiving for our new stove, plus so good to customers. Have bought several appliances here now, will not shop for appliances anywhere else. So nice to have people help you that know the business and are looking out for the consumer. Will be back again!

Although you don’t need appliances very often, every one we have in our house came from Slyman Bros. In the last two years they replaced everything in our 15 year old kitchen. They carry everything, make it so easy and installation is always wonderful. Not to mention their pricing matches or often beats the box stores every time. I highly recommend them.

Lance was very helpful and patient with us explaining the many options for a new refrigerator. Everyone was very friendly in the store and we are looking forward to our refrigerator being delivered. We were able to schedule delivery two days after we ordered the refrigerator.

We have purchased our last few large appliances from Slyman Brothers. They provide better customer service and quicker deliveries than other appliance stores. Their prices are competitive, and some times lower, than the big box stores. Plus, we always try to purchase items from family owned businesses, and Slyman Brothers never disappoints.

Highly recommend this business! They’re always so helpful, knowledgeable and willing to find all answers to every question you have! Lance has sold my family a hand full of appliances! With all of his knowledge and helpfulness, these transactions were smooth sailing!

Went in on Friday with my wife to look at dishwashers. I had worked with Michael Slyman earlier in the week but he took the time to show and explain the differences again to my wife on the models we were interested in. Friendly & Informed Staff who answered all our questions and got us a Great Price! Love to work with Locally Owed Stores when I can and Slyman is definitely one to go to for low prices and Quality Appliances and Service. Not my first Purchase with them and it won't be our Last!

Friendliness, knowledge & ease of purchase was supreme. My only complaint would be that it was advertised as fingerprint proof on the tag & I tested it extremely well at the store. But once it was delivered & the installers removed the film, it has shown every single finger & handprint.
