Econo Lodge Crystal Coast

I stay at the Econo Lodge down at Atlantic Beach for the weekend I was met by Matthew at the front desk who was very helpful and the room was very nice and cozy came down later in the evening to get the Wi-Fi password which he helped me with woke up in the morning to a continental breakfast they had simple Bagels muffins juice and a waffle bar had a very nice experience and would definitely stay here again centrally located close to fishing areas and tourist attractions

Besides the comforting and relaxing room, the prize jewel of this establishment is the staff. They are the most understanding, respectful and welcoming hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Nicole and Micha 💋💋

5 stars for two things: We came up to go out on a headboat (Stacy). The owner had coffee ready to go already in the morning for our checkout at 4:30am ! I was surprised but very pleased. Also I forgot to pack my pillow. Luckily enough the pillows here were fine...definitely not like my pillow at home but I was able to sleep with them and that's what counts. They were a medium thickness pillow. I doubled them up and was fine.

Super friendly staff, better rooms than a lot of hotels we've stayed in and way better than expected, my kids loved the breakfast. Again cannot say enough how helpful and friendly the staff were!

It's very simple but very clean and well kept. It's not a high class place but it is nice. The staff and associates are always willing to help with whatever you need. Most rooms have a coffee maker with a pot, which is a huge plus, plus a mini fridge and microwave.

Beds were comfy, room had a fridge and microwave. Housekeeping was so nice and fawned over our baby during our visit. Our neighbors during our stay were awesome and we even exchanged contact info with them. Couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms, and all together this was a great stay for a great price! 10/10 would stay here again.

The life-saving grace of my hurricane Matthew experience! This is the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever seen. I live on the waterfront in Beaufort and needed to evacuate before the storm hit, and most importantly needed a motel that allowed pets. My pet was totally at home, and above all, the room was clean and comfortable - bed was perfect. I read so much trivia about outdated rooms, or something not clean enough - how trivial can people get. I found all aspects of this motel to be inviting and warm - I needed a refuge and this place was wonderful in every way. A delightful breakfast was offered, in spite of what we were about to endure . I cannot thank Econo Lodge enough for their wonderful hospitality, and accomodations. Very convenient to shopping and food sources.

I loved staying at this location!! It was pet friendly, which allowed my mother to be able to travel with my family. It's 12 minutes from the beach. The room was clean. There were 3 fluffy pillows on each bed, the towels and wash cloths were not rough or scratchy. Maid service was timely and friendly, very accommodating. The price was very reasonable and affordable. I plan on staying at this location every time I come to Atlantic Beach!

The reason I'm writing this 5 stars is more so for the exceptional customer service that the young lady gave when I signed in. To identify her she was a young black girl. Overwhelming courtesy, and respect. This day was comfortable. But the morning crew did not greet, have a good day come again, that never happened. My experience from the time I checked in from the time I checked out was like day and night. In closing I do think that young lady should be commended, for representing Econo Lodge in such a way that she did.

I arrived late at night and the man working the counter was so friendly and easy to talk to. Housekeeping did a great job, everything was readily available for me, such as soaps and toiletries. Continental breakfast was very good as well with a wide selection of food.

My room was clean & roomy. Coffee pot handle was broken. Called front desk, they brought me one right away. Staff and Housekeeping were friendly and attentive to my needs. I will stay again! Thanks to all.

Clean hotel staff was excellent very polite and affordable. I enjoyed my stay.

Nice clean room. Requested smoking room & early check-in. They were able to accommodate my request. Clean Exterior Property. Near the Carteret Health Institute which I was visiting a relative in the Hospital. Glad I chose it.

Staff was excellent! Housekeeping went above and beyond. Rooms were nice with both fridge and microwave. Great location. All in all a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

I love staying here!!! Always so nice and helpful. King and queen beds are fabulous! And they have designated rooms for smokers too! Affordable, quiet and absolutely comfortable.

Had an on the road emergency, and they were readily available friendly and accommodating. Price was incredibly fair and we had pretty comfy beds to sleep in. I absolutely can't complain.

The rooms were nice and they were clean, and the staff were very helpful as well.

This was a great stay for the one night we needed a room. King bed with everything you could ask for. The price I can't beat anywhere else at the beach for the room we got. Thanks again for the great stay.

I was here for 3 nights and the room was absolutely amazing....everything I needed was right there...the housekeeping staff was GREAT! They were on point...NO BEDBUGS!!! VERY CLEAN!! I will definitely be back for another visit real soon!!!!

This is a very clean hotel. The owner is very good people and this hotel is safe. Thank you Econolodge! The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I encourage everyone to visit Econolodge in Morehead City for excellent service.
