Visited Panera Bread around 1:50 pm and ordered a hot tea ( Ginger/Peach) , added a pecan danish and fined in with my best friend who ordered a salad. The tea and the food was delicious! Loved it. Staff is upbeat, cheerful, friendly, and helpful. *Jennifer, the cashier is super cool and nice! Panera Bread is definitely my go-to spot!!!!!

I had ordered two weeks ago from this location and my order was messed up. I didn’t have a chance to drive back over until just the other day. Gloria was so kind, helpful, and friendly. She is probably the nicest employees I’ve ever met and I definitely appreciate her. Gloria gave stellar customer service. I’ll definitely be back !

In a time when most places don’t know what customer service is I was pleasantly surprised today. I ordered a curbside pickup and when I went in some of my order was I available. Megan who was at the cashier checked and apologize for being out of bagels I wanted but she compensated by giving me a complimentary cookie. She was very apologetic and I had to give her a good review. She is an excellent team member and you guys are lucky to have her 👍🏽

I had to update my review because of one person the managerJEFF. Jeff I appreciate how you handle the situation today.
Imagine a group of hungry office workers who waited for a delivery but the order was messed up. THEN IMAGINE A MANAGER WHO TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN TO THIS ISSUE THEN DECIDE TO DELIVER THE FOOD HIMSELF (we’re 5mins away and couldn’t leave the office ).
If Jeff isn’t working when I place an order I probably won’t be ordering, because this is the kind of care and service that makes a bad situation turn around.

This location. Today I’m sorry was the last straw , I ordered a caramel iced coffee with almond milk and cane syrup. I don’t know who or what put this together eww watered down coffee with no sugar or a hint of caramel . I can’t even begin to explain how nastyyy

I sat in enjoying a quick lunch that turned into 2.5 hours 😅. As I looked around, there were several other "office" staffers in their own offices (tables) having meetings, taking calls, tapping away on their laptops. I even saw one very savvy mogul have two laptops set up and an elevated stand. I just thought PB had the bomb wifi.

Naya was my cashier today. And she was so incredibly kind and helpful. I can not express my gratitude. That girl deserves a raise!!

Sharice (maybe the manager) was doing very good to us as since we had a messed up order online she gave us Green tea for free and a bag of 12 mini cookies for free and gave us all our sandwhiches for a bit cheaper. Even though we waited a bit it was worth because the food was so good. Sharice is very nice and listened and re-explained everything to us even when we did not understand.

My reason for going back is because the food is great.

I placed my original order on Uber Eats (half soup/half sandwich). My order arrived and I had received the wrong sandwich. It wasn't a missing ingredient, just a completely different sandwich. After a long and frustrating phone call with Uber Eats customer service, my issue had still not been resolved. Sure, they offered a refund, but I wanted my sandwich. I then called the store directly. Instead of being told to take it up with Uber Eats, I was actually provided with customer service! A gentleman named Jeff (I believe a manager) took the time to locate my order then proceeded to personally deliver to me the correct sandwich. I was blown away. I never take time to write reviews. But, this level of customer service is almost unheard of these days. I really do appreciate it! Keep up the good work!

I've never had any complaints. Vegetarian friendly, that's always one expectation hard to meet nowadays. Most franchises just miss that bar, and Panera just never settled. By the time I was done ordering, I had my food in less than 5 minutes even with a modestly busy atmosphere. Management trains their staff pretty well and detail orient. Thank you guys.

This location is super busy and somehow manages to excel. They occasionally get order details wrong but will always try to make it right. The manager and ladies working on the cash registers this morning handled a rude customer very well. Top notch Panera.

My kids enjoy coming here a lot. They love the bakery section. They prefer Panera over Starbucks. ❤

If one thing I can always say, is that this Panera location never fails with their excellent service. Even when it can get busy, this is have been my favorite location for over four years. Even throughout this pandemic, they have remained kind, strong, and amazing! Thank you so much always!

All places have that one staff that you can tell that they do not get along, but they are still pleasant to the guest and the pastries are so yummy! The food is tasty too, each Panera Bread has it's own flavor and I like the way their food taste. The atmosphere s very quite, it's a good place to write or study.

Exceptional food! Always good service! I have a few food allergies and the young lady cashier went over and above to check with the food preparers and I think a manager to ask if what I ordered contained those foods and suggested other items on the side. Thank you!

Delicious broccoli cheese soup, and the chai tea latte I ordered was perfect for my sore throat. Warm, clean and inviting dining area. They even had a fireplace in the wall that added to the ambiance.
