I would just like to commend the three young men who assisted me in the print department.

There had been a problem with the order I picked up a few days ago. When I returned to express my concern, they were polite, professional and efficient as they rectified the problem and competently filled my order.

So, thank you to Jason, Obi and Alfa. You modeled excellent customer service!

I had a very positive shopping experience. Products were neatly organized in sections, and I was able to find everything I was looking for. The customer service was also great, and the gentleman who checked me out was friendly, engaging and professional. I had a great experience and will definitely be back when the need arises.

I do not give five stars unless a company "deserves" it. This branch of Office Depot deserves it for the exceptional service that I received from one of the young men employed at this location.

I had been trying unsuccessfully for 3 days to have a couple of enlargements of a photograph made for a special occasion at another office supply retailer. Due to inadequate staff and long , lines, I gave up after the third day. Not only was I waited on after only 5 minutes, but the associate was helpful and had additional suggestions as to ways that I could achieve my desired outcome. I am exceptionally pleased with the results.

I absolutely love this store, it's always clean, the staff is always helpful no matter what the question. Especially the copy and print staff. The store manager is also a gem, he is very polite and always welcoming. Keep up the good work guys.

I had an exceptional experience at Office Depot in Bowie, Md. On February 21, I went to Office Depot to purchase a computer desk. Associate Lesalle escorted me to the section, instead of pointing to the section like many associates do. He went to the stock room to look for item and also assisted me with ordering online since item was out of stock. He gave me a few choices on how to purchase the item, which really helped. Lesalle is a friendly, well-mannered, and helpful young man. He made my Office Depot visit a pleasant experience.

Today, Tue 11-08-22, I experienced great customer service from Jason. 1st He welcomed me then directed me where I needed to go. He immediatly came to assist his Associate with my purchase.
When a line started to grow, he signal his other Associates to take care the customers in line, so they didn't have to wait

Jason is a real joy to assist you ... has a welcoming smile ... & very delightful to talk to. Keep up with treating customers with kindness. It's worth more than gold & silver.

The cashier Austin at the Bowie, MD store went above and beyond to assist me at checkout, I really appreciated his kindness. Also another sales guy assisted me with my online order, he was very knowledgeable as well. All and all I would definitely recommend that store and would shop there again.

I ordered ink cartridge online and was ready faster than I thought. When I went to pick it up, it was ready and I didn't have to wait long before it was handed to me. The store clerk was efficient and ready with my item. Thanks, Bowie location.

The cashier Eric went above and beyond to assist my needs in search for a new printer for my home. He was well educated in the differences of ink and toner that what would be the easiest way to print many papers at once without interruption. I would be so lost if it wasn’t for him. Thank you Eric!

Kudos to Nathan. His knowledge, patience, and input regarding the best way to capture photo and make poster went above and beyond regular customer service. Especially helping the non-savvy and elderly, lol. He was calm and cool and went about his work efficiently. Him and the store came greatly recommended. They said this Office Depot does all there printing and goes no where else. Now my go-to ✔

The associate Lesalle was awesome, patient and respectful to me and all the other customers with the store being crowded and it only being 3 associates in the store he handled his job well……At this point I’m only coming when he’s working because i know he’ll go above and beyond….

I visited the Bowie store to check out office chairs. The one I liked was missing a price tag so I asked Alex for assistance. He was very helpful and attentive and patiently answered all of my questions. When I went to the checkout line, Alex opened a second register to move the line along quicker.

Able to find everything that my daughter needed for her school project

Nathaniel (I think that's his name) was PHENOMENAL!! Took the time to hunt down markers that were in the store, but NOT located where the scanner said they were. He took the time, checking in MULTIPLE overhead bins and found the proverbial needle in the haystack markers!! I felt completely valued as a customer!! THANK YOU for taking the time and literally saving the day for our instructors!!!!

It's convenient to produce your own products at home, yet the investment in quality products and printing services is priceless. I've used Office Depot for numerous print products and have never been disappointed as if it's not right, they'll fix it!
