AT&T Store

I came into this location because I was having a problem with my apps on my phone not working. I had been in touch with customer service for two days, but they could not fix the problem. I explained my problem to Toni the sales associate. Toni did troubleshooting on my phone and fixed the problem. Toni was very professional and knowledgeable. I will always use this location for all my cellphone needs. This location has outstanding customer service.

I had an amazing experience at the AT&T store in Lanham, MD! The service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, especially Olin & Gabriel! They helped me in finding the perfect phone and plan to suit my needs. I was impressed with their professionalism and friendly attitude. I highly recommend this AT&T store for anyone looking for top-notch service!

I had the best in face customer service experience at AT&T. The young man's personality and attention to details were outstanding. I so appreciate having knowledge and patience CSR in our community in Bowie. Excellent job Olin. I wish there were hundreds more like you that service our communities.

I visited AT&T in Lanaham and was served by Rep Mr Olin and he is a great tech. He took good care of me with no problem, because he know his stuff. As a customer please reward him with a promotion, because good employee should be rewarded.

Susan and Gabe both provided exceptional customer service to my husband and I. They took care of us at the same time since we both needed service. They were both knowledgeable and friendly and I will continue to come to the Lanham location because of them.

The customer service experience at the store was impeccable. Felipe and Susan were amazing customer service representatives. Customer service this day and age can appear to be lost but not in this store. Felipe’s professionalism, knowledge of services and ways to help me save money were very appreciated. His helpful, cheerful, pleasant demeanor were added bonuses. I love AT&T and I’ve been a loyal customer for years. Today’s experience solidified a continued reason for why I will continue to stay with AT&T. Today’s customer service experience was so tremendously positive that I felt compelled to write a review. Had a problem with an order from transferring carriers and receiving a new iPhone, came here and was attended nicely by Nivea and had a good experience, she did everything to find a resolution for me even though it was giving her trouble, thankfully though her efforts pulled through and I was able to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T and get my new phone! Really recommend this store, I’m for sure always gonna come here

My experience at the store was exceptional. I was immediately greeted by a technician and had a wait of no longer than 5-10 minutes before being serviced. Michael, the person who assisted me, displayed an exceptional level of customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Has a pleasant demeanor, demonstrated patience and was friendly. Answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed either. I will continue to use the Lanham store as needed.

I went it to trade in my phone and I had a great experience. The process went smoothly from start to finish. Customer service was great, all my questions were answered, and I was assisted with transferring all my information from my old phone to my new phone. The process took so time but the workers/ the person who helped me was very patient. Overall experience is 10/10 for me.

Tiara was SUPER helpful and VERY knowledgeable. Her customer service was impeccable! The one thing that could be improve was the wait time. No one acknowledged me until ten minutes after I arrived but it was worth the service I received from Tiara. Please share this review with she and her Manager.

This is a great store with great people. We came in with a problem that needed to be fixed. They were prompt in greeting us and did an excellent job in resolving the issue. Greg and Russ were patient, knowledgeable, and professional. I would totally recommend this store. My husband and I have been AT&T customers for over 40 years. This positive experience is why we stay with AT&T. They hire and train the best people.

The store is in great location. They have fast friendly service for the most part but what made my experience so great was the rep.Tiara was amazing! She took care of everything we went in for and more. She was energetic, friendly and she didn’t try to over sale (you know how rep’s do). We even went back the next day to have her set up phone plans for our kids. So if you ever need to visit this location ask for Tiara.

Gabe was awesome - he broke down techhy stuff to make me feel comfortable, when we had to wait on data transfer- he jumped at helping other customers with less difficult issues -I upgraded from the 12+ to the newest phone and the newest. Apple watch. My data transfer took 2/12 hours... Seamless

We went to the store to have clear glass put on the front of our phones they did a very good job they were very professional and proficient I would go there again.

Corinne Mauricio is very attentive, professional & friendly. You can tell she takes pride in her job giving the best service as possible. She makes sure she gives the best details and deals. She was our retail sales consultant last time and she exceeded expectations from last time. I can not express how happy my husband and myself are each time she waits on us

Mario, Justin and Greg provided exemplary customer service to our family of 4. They researched and were patient with all questions. It was the best experience we've ever had with getting upgrades to phones. Mario even escorted us out the door after 4 hours of questions and servicing our phones by transferring a ton of data. Thank you, Lanham team! You are THE BEST!
