Garnet Inn & Suites, Morehead City

The Garnet was perfect for a quick, one night stay. This is a two star motel, so don’t expect the Ritz Carlton. It had everything I needed and it was convenient to Jacks Waterfront. Hanging by the pool was fun too. I really loved Tammy at the front desk. She was very friendly and accommodating from the moment I walked in the door. Pretty cool that they also have breakfast included. I grabbed some coffee on the way out.

Staff very nice and professional rooms comfortable and clean nice pool . Breakfast is pretty good open like 4 hours so made convenient not a large selection eggs sausage biscuits cereal toast waffles the standard but done well ans and above many of the hotels I've been in been on the road working for 6 months. If you're in this area and want a clean affordable quiet place I recommend Garnett inn

We were a bit leary about staying here at first,because of all of the negative things people were saying, but Tammy at the front desk was incredibly nice and she made sure we had a great room! It smelled nice and clean, as soon as we opened the door. The king size bed was super comfortable and we slept great. The breakfast area had waffles, yogurt, fruit, breakfast sandwiches, coffee and juices. We will definitely come back again plus because of the hotel being under renovation, there was hardly anyone here.

Customer service was excellent. Tammy at the front desk from us checking in up until we left was professional, helpful and down to earth. Deon and his crew took care of our extra needs when it came to our room. They were all helpful and did it with a smile and positive attitude. Because of them all we will definitely be returning.

Jessica was amazing! She helped us when we had lost our keys and needed a place and when we didn’t have much she helped more than she needed too! She and her mom Tammy have gone out of their way to make our stay seamless. I will def be back next time we are down here! It’s clean and def accommodating!!

Tammy was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. The room was clean and we were ensured she'd be available during our stay yo help us with any needs we may have. Definitely recommend this hotel and if Tammy is the person helping you then you are in good hands.

This place is a good spot. The bed is comfortable, and the shower was hot as hell. My room was nice. There was no odd smell. I'll be staying here again.

This hotel has the best staff of anywhere on the Crystal Coast. I always feel accommodated and like family when I stay here. Clean rooms, good service. The pool is a nice plus. Keep up the good work!

Wow! So shocked to see a hotel that matches the pictures online. Our room was tastefully remodeled, spacious and so clean. The kids really enjoyed the pool and from there the sunsets where beautiful! That staff is so friendly and efficient, especially Kara who went above and beyond to see that we had a relaxing stress-free stay for the 4 weeks while we waited for out apartment to be repaired. And don't get me started on the continental breakfast. I will definitely be back and highly recommend. The best hotel around for the price.

Great place to stay while visiting the beach with family. Clean rooms and friendly staff. They offer breakfast, but you may eant to try other options, and they allow pets, which was a huge selling point for us.

Half of these reviews are lies please stop believing everything you read from people the breakfast isn’t in a bag the maintenance man did not hook up a tv while that lady was sleeping the pool is cleaned daily can’t help what the wind blows into it after they clean it I’m very close with some of the workers there also keep in mind they are under new ownership and they are working hard to make the place better because previous owners didn’t care about the place as for the housekeepers they absolutely do not slam the doors to get you out quicker they have rooms to clean in a certain amount of time so they are in and out of the rooms very fast to get it done before check in they can’t slow down to ensure the doors don’t slam shut behind them. maybe if you guys weren’t sure savages in the rooms the comforters wouldn’t get so dirty have some respect for other peoples belongings especially hotels work at a hotel one time front desk or housekeeping not one of you would survive

Really close to the beach with breakfast and a pool. Inn is a but old so the rooms have some minor issues like the trim but are overall is fine. My daughter loved it and now wants to live here. Front desk was nice and I had no issue at all with my stay. I will definitely be back

This hotel is under new ownership and new management. My family has been going here for years and years and the new manager is a god send compared to the old one! So friendly and vibrant and my kids love her. WILL RECCOMMEND TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
