Bellevue Value Pet Clinic

My 10 year old cat, foxy, was attacked by raccoon in December of 2022. She was bit on the leg and scratched on the eye. At first, her eye was swelling shut and I was worried it was becoming infected. I took her to Bellevue Pet Clinic and they gave her antibiotic eye drops and instructed us to continue to treat her twice a day for a week. Her eye was beginning to open and things were looking up! Then a week later, foxy began to limp. That is when I noticed that she had a bite on her leg that had began to pus and bleed (it’s almost like it worsened overnight). No other clinic could take her on such short notice and I knew that she had to be seen ASAP due to her behavior (isolating herself, limited movement) and the fact that she would not stop licking her wound. I was shocked to see how fast everything started to go downhill. The day of her original visit, there was no visible wound so it must have gotten infected and swelled. I called Bellevue Value Pet Clinic immediately and they got me in the same day. They cleaned her wound and told me she would need surgery ASAP. They performed surgery on her leg the next morning. All the staff were very kind to me considering how scared I was for my baby. The prices were reasonable and DEFINITELY less expensive in contrast to other pet clinics. She had several visits after (bandage changes) and she was recovering so well! Foxy gets nervous and anxious when at the vet, but they treated her so well and the care for her by the staff was heartwarming! I love how the staff at this clinic genuinely love and care for their furry friends unlike other clinics who just see these animals as nothing more than a check. This was definitely the worst scare I’ve had regarding my cat and I am so so thankful for the vets and staff that helped her along the way. She is back to her cuddly and lovable self now and I have this clinic to thank! I will leave photos of foxy in her first couple days since she was hurt and a photo of her now! We struggled to find a vet we liked after moving to the area. Our first area vet canceled a time sensitive appointment and left us in a bind. Bellevue Value Pet Clinic was able to get us in on the same day. They took care of everything we needed and I decided to make them our forever clinic. I’m glad we did too! Dr. Borin saved my older dog in a difficult surgery a few months later. He was knowledgeable, upfront, and honest with us about the potential outcome, what to expect, and how much everything would be. The rest of the staff was so kind and comforting to us, as we were very afraid for our dog. Our dog recovered beautifully! Since then, our dog is welcomed to the clinic like a celebrity for his routine check ups, he loves it! We have been seen by each doctor at the clinic and they are all great! The reception staff is on top of it. They will get what you need immediately, which is great for those moments when you suddenly forgot you need vet records or need a last minute appointment. They’ll make it happen. The assistants and techs are fantastic and so kind and helpful! And the pricing is super reasonable!

The vet is experienced and the services are priced well below other vet clinics. When my foster dog experienced some weeping from her spay site, they made space for her to come in the same day, and did not charge for the vet to look her over. Efficient and hard working front desk staff - Angela and Josh are gems. The customer service style is not one to baby their customers (if your ego needs that, go elsewhere) but they are clear with the communication, efficient and care about the animals.

My dog needed an emergency surgery, my normal vet was not available that day and almost every other vet I called was not able to help either. Emergency vets were the only ones able to help but they wanted 10k to help. I called Bellevue Value Pet and they got me in same day and saved me just over 7k. They did an amazing job and you can truly tell the whole staff works there out of love for the animals. And the Clinic Manager Alecia is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure that all the animals that come in to the clinic get treated the with the best care. Since then I have went back and I will continue to go back. I’ve also referred others and will recommend this vet to anyone. I told a family friend about Bellevue Value Clinic and they had brought their dog in to get his tail looked at. She said that he is scared of vet offices and has never acted fine when he is brought into one. But she said he was very comfortable and had his tail wagging and that she thinks he just sensed the good vibes in the vet office. Great clinic great people I can’t recommend Bellevue Value Pet Clinic enough.

Unbelievable service. Friendly staff. Amazing vet doctor. Communicated with us the whole time. Made the process least stressful as possible. 10/10 highly recommended.

My cat was quite unwell, with fevers above 105 for several days, requiring hospitalization. The generosity and caring of every single person involved with her care is insurmountable, and I am so glad to have had all of them to help my cat and I through this.

These people pour their heart into their work, and really do strive to provide the best, most affordable care. They take care of you, and most importantly they take great care of your pet.

My cat means absolutely everything to me, and thanks to Bellevue Value Pet Clinic, she is now on the mend. The worst weeks of my life were greatly improved thanks to the hard work and love from the people that work here.

It still costs- but I am positive it would have been double or triple the cost anywhere else, with no improvement in quality of care.

My boy, Maximus "the Greatest," receives excellent care here, and I enjoy top-notch customer service from awesome people, plus fair prices. I'm really glad I found this place. I highly recommend Value Pet Clinic in Bellevue.

I had a cat with a burst cyst on the back of her neck. A different emergency clinic in Redmond wouldn't tell me what it was, and wanted thousands of dollars to perform emergency surgery. I declined and took my cat home. The next day I went to Bellevue Value Pet Clinic. Immediately the vet told me that's a burst cyst and not life threatening. I purchased some antibiotics and stuff to keep the wound clean, and it healed just fine for less than 100 dollars.

We are new to the area and we tried another vet that just didn't work. Then my sister told me about Bellevue Value Pet Clinic. The staff is friendly and helpful. I inherited a dog that needed dental work, his nails were super long and he had something on his chest that needed attention. They were so good at helping me with the cost to get these services done so my dog could have a better life. Thank you!

Value pet is such an amazing resource for both pet health and information! We came in with our 17 year old dog who has been anxious and in pain and got some wonderful information about how to help him and calm his nerves. We also brought in our chihuahua with no appointment and they clipped her nails and gave her an exam because our groomer has canceled and her nails were in desperate need of some attention!
The reception team was kind and patient, the vet techs were AMAZING, and also kind and patient, and Dr. Durst was probably the best vet we have seen to date. She had so much information for us, she was so gentle with our elderly dog, and just so wonderful overall.
We have been coming here for years and will continue to bring our dogs here. Cannot recommend this office enough!!

This place has given excellent care to my middle-aged poodle with dental issues and now my new German Shepherd puppy as well. They're obviously busy, but always courteous and helpful, and answer my questions in a timely manner. The good prices don't hurt either! They have gotten a loyal customer with me and my little pack.

This place is great! Friendly staff they saw my chocolate lab right away and performed a neuter surgery well and in a timely manner. While all other pet clinics were booked months out they are a walk in clinic and saw him on my schedule and I didn’t even have to wait months not to mention the prices were very convenient and I did not break the bank. Fiona needed an ingrown claw removed from her pad so we went to the Bellevue Value Pet Clinic. They were understanding and helpful when I called for an appointment, and were able to get us in the same day. Fiona was treated with care and gentleness, we were in and out in less than hour. The cost was exactly what I wanted to pay. We both are very happy.

We brought our small dog as a walk-in for an ongoing allergic reaction, as our regular vet was booked up. It did take us a little while to be seen, but we had not had an appointment so that's to be expected. They had gotten a little busy between our initial call and arriving to the hospital, but they made time for squeezing us in anyway.

Our pup is nervous with strangers, and everyone from the front desk staff, vet techs, and veterinarian were so kind and showed so much patience with her. Dr. Borin gave her a thorough exam, explained our options for allergy relief, and addressed our questions and concerns. Thank you for helping our fur baby get relief from her itching, it was hard seeing her so uncomfortable.

Recently my cat was dying from kidney failure at a time when our regular clinic was closed. Fortunately, I found Dr. Michael Borin and his wonderful staff at his clinic at 14504 NE 20th St. in Bellevue. I will always remember his kindness and caring as he helped both my cat and me during these final days. Thank you for your excellent service.

We have been bringing our pets (cats and dogs) to Bellevue Value Pet Clinic for years and continue to do so because our pets always receive great care at an affordable cost. The staff and veterinarians are attentive to the needs of our animals, don't try to force us to buy unneccessary treatments and actually listen to us when we describe the symptoms and behaviors our pets are exhibiting. Highly recommend!

Dr Holford and the team saved our bunny's life and now keep him healthy, despite a congenital sinus condition. Because they spay bunnies (very affordably), we were able to get a buddy for him to bond with. Our family and especially Hobbit and Honey are grateful for Bellevue Value Pet Clinic.

I am brand new to area and just had my first visit at Value Pet Clinic in Bellevue with 2 of my 3 dogs. Being a former vet tech and just simply a crazy dog-mom, I have very high expectations when it comes to the care my fur babies receive. This clinic met all of those expectations! They were professional, efficient, personable and knowledgable. On top of it all, their prices are some of the most reasonable ones in the area. I highly recommend this clinic to other pet parents!

This place is incredible, I can’t recommend them enough. The vets quickly took care of my pups as a walk-in and everything was affordable and all costs were shown beforehand. They don’t do anything unnecessary if not needed. I really am thankful to have found them.

The receptionists, techs and dr were all amazing and compassionate toward my 11-yr-old dog. I was very nervous to put my dog under anesthesia for a dental cleaning, due to her age and her heart murmur- I was reassured and informed on the risks and felt comfortable moving forward with it. Everything turned out perfect. They took such great care of my dog, covered all the bases, and were quick to call me to let me know everything went well. I appreciate them!
