Woodforest National Bank

Best bank I have ever been to, the most friendly staff, kind, caring, and treat me well. They are open all the time and are always raising money for Loaves & Fishes food bank in Beaufort. The guy with the funny hats makes me laugh. I'm glad the old bank manager with the short black hair left, (at least I think he left) because he never smiled, was never friendly, and muttered all the time. He looked like Ben Stiller. You would think a guy who looked like Ben Stiller would be funny, but no. Anyway, I like the current staff and hope they keep funny-hat guy around for a long time.

Been with Woodforest for more than 10 years now and have nothing but good things to say. All I could say about the Morehead City NC office is this, if you have a problem with them, stop in and see BUTCH at that branch and he will satisfy you.

Love all the perks I get as an older adult, however I wish they would have earlier hours or at least give you the option to be able to deposit money in the ATM's.

Not impressed with this branch since tellers and managers have changed. It's frustrating when I deposit money in the night drop box on a Friday night and here we are on a Sunday and they never deposited it to my account and the branch is closed. I have had this problem before. I have bills to pay and needed the money deposited in my account. I will now be switching to a different bank.

Mother got her account hacked and lost a huge sum of money, and instead of reimburseming her the full amount they gave her some of it back but kept majority of it as overdraft fees. It was PROVEN that it was another bank retailer stealing her account info, but they still are keeping her money. Do not use this bank I used them before they have so many fees it hurts. They charge you 50 bucks just going a cent over, and they charge you money if you haven't put money in your account. I do not trust Woodforest as far as I can throw them.

If I could give no stars. I would. I stood in line for twenty minutes. Waiting for a man to decide what he wanted to do with his money, and I know the teller saw me standing behind him. Instead of letting another customer know I was next she took her before me anyway. Then the man from earlier still didn’t know what he was doing, and cut back infront of me! Let’s just forget the fact I was standing there. It’s super convenient that this bank is open, but today confirmed why I would never bank here. Terrible all the way around!

Used to have great customer service and employees. Now they are either lazy, or cutthroat with their customer service. Needs new management badly. Don't waste your time with this branch.

The two ladies that work here this morning dropped the ball they acted like I was from another planet and that's putting it midly. I won't ever come to the counter again. I plan on telling my wife to please find another bank this week.

Every time I make a deposit for some reason it never goes through and always end up having to call and straighten things out
