Experience with James at Ashley home furniture was great. He was very professional very friendly very knowledgeable and very patient. He did his best to give us a great price on everything. Our delivery is scheduled for tomorrow the 13th, which was right in line with when he said it was going to be. We are in the process of building a new home, and we will certainly be back to help furnish it. Thank you again James!

We have had the pleasure of shopping with Bobbi as our sales person twice. She made both times so enjoyable. We had purchased 2 power recliners and both had issues.
The company offered us a full credit. When we returned to the store in Morehead City NC we were able to find 2 replacement chairs with Bobbi’s guidance.
She is very knowledgeable, takes the time to discuss pros and cons when we are trying to decide between multiple items and offers the best prices she can.

James A helped us out so much! We went in knowing we needed a couch, but we were unsure exactly the style we needed due to having a toddler and dogs. James was kind, informative, and had the patience of a saint with all of our questions. He even helped us out with a new dresser for our sons room! We will definitely be back to visit James for our future furniture needs!

My husband and I buy a lot of furniture from Ashley. When we go in, we make sure we find James! As a very indecisive couple, we ran into people not being so patient and seem to be annoyed, but that’s not James! James shows us things that we were looking for and then gives us time to run back-and-forth around the store like the crazy people are. He checks on us periodically, but he never hovers.

Bobbi helped us out so much when we decided to upgrade our couch at Ashley. She was very patient with us and even worked directly with us while we were away on vacation so we could get our order in for the Black Friday sale! Her being so readily available was a huge help and we love our new living room furniture, I would definitely recommend this store and their furniture!

James Anderson is the person to see at Ashley Furniture, Morehead City, NC. Extremely helpful, well versed with the products and not a pushy salesman. He is eo easy to work with. I will plan to ask for him in the future. I was able to buy a sectional and a dining room set very quickly because of his expertise.

We bought a Tempurpedic mattress with adjustable base, and James Anderson did a fantastic job helping us and really cared about getting us a great deal! He also helped us pick out some extremely comfortable Bedgear sheets. We are repeat customers at this store and will certainly continue to make it our first stop for any future purchases. We can’t wait to get the new bed delivered next week!!

James was great to work with. I was incredibly indecisive about the furniture I was ordering. He always seemed happy to greet me and my family as we continued to re-visit the store again and again to make sure we were making the right choice. He even allowed me to borrow a pillow off the couch of the the floor model to make sure the color worked in our living room. The furniture arrived earlier than expected, looks beautiful and is extremely comfortable. We are all very happy! Thank you, James!

When we first went in we were in preliminary stages of buying a rental property. Mary worked with us on that first visit knowing we were weeks away from buying anything. Each time we went in she had everything saved and was so patient with us. She made countless changes for us and would check to make sure we were getting the best price possible. Everything was perfect. Then a few months later we went back to pick out some things for our new house. Again Mary, made numerous suggestions and was so helpful and knowledgeable. We were so lucky to have her as our sales person and would absolutely recommend her!!!

Ms. Piner is fantastic! She is engaging and a plethora of information which really helps us settle on the very best purchase for our needs- She goes above and beyond even recalling what we redesigned in the past! We just can't thank her enough for making it an enjoyable experience, everytime!

Ask for James! We bought furniture for a living room space and James was very knowledgeable wonderfully helpful!!! He moved lamps near the couch we were thinking of getting to see if they went together, he helped us verify the measurements of the furniture to make sure it would fit in the space. He was not pushy at all, like other furniture stores I’ve been to, you could just tell he wanted us to be happy with our purchase. I am really happy with the quality of the furniture that has been delivered so far. The Ashely Team service dept was great, too. Upon delivery there was one door to the tv stand that the magnetic closure wasn’t working as well on, the delivery team took a picture and had me call the service department, there was no hesitation they ordered a new door and a tech will stop by and install it. I was really impressed with their great customer service. James and his Ashley family were great. Highly recommend!!!

This is a great furniture store. I’ve bought furniture here twice. First order was a couch and some bar stools. Manager was very nice and helped me get what I needed. Didn’t try to upsell me either. Helped me get what I needed and left the choices up to me for options. Made good recommendations though. Got me a better choice that was a little more than what I wanted to pay but what I needed. Delivery was quick and only waited about a week. Delivery guys were really nice. Had to walk it in the back door and were very careful. The only complaint was one of the bar stools had misthreaded screw holes. I need a tap and die set to fix those. Not a big deal just annoying when you pay good money for something.

Second order was a dresser, night stand, and more bar stools. Ordering was simple again since I was in the system already. The delivery took a little longer. It was two weeks. I wasn’t at the house when they called but lucky for me I have a lovely ring doorbell. They rang and I told them that I would be there in about 5 mins. They waited since they didn’t want to take it back to the ware house. They unloaded everything and brought it in. I tipped them extra to get it up my stairs since the dresser was extremely heavy and I never would have gotten it done by myself. Very friendly and professional. I will definitely buy more in the future. Also I didn’t know this…Ashley doesn’t do gift cards/certificates. Was going to get my brother one to help him with a purchase but they don’t do them anymore. Anyways….great experience.

I had the best experience at the Ashley Furniture in Morehead City NC store. Our salesperson was Bobbi Piner and she is outstanding. Good customer service is hard to find most of the time these days. Bobbi definitely has her customer’s best interest as her top priority. She is very knowledgeable about the furniture, knows where everything is in the store and offered suggestions but did not push anything on us.
I recommend anyone in the area looking for furniture to please contact her. You won’t be sorry!

Visited the Morehead City store in search of a mattress. The store was clean, bright. and well laid out. The selection was outstanding. I was assisted by Bobbi Piner. Bobbi was very knowledgeable and really helped me through the decision-making process. She provided valuable information to aid in my decision and was so patient throughout the process. There was no high-pressure from Bobbi, which I really appreciated. When I need home furnishings again, I will return to this store and ask for Bobbi.
