First Bank - Morehead City, NC

I've been dealing with them since they opened this location. Now I have used their services quite a bit since the merger. I enjoy my interactions because they double-check each transaction. If there's ever a question or miscommunication they use common sense and try to rectify the issue right then, which is rare these days.

Our experiences at First Bank have been nothing short of amazing so far. Rebekah was so helpful getting us switched from another bank and was a pleasure to work with. All of the tellers have been awesome and so friendly. If you are considering using First Bank, you are making a good decision.

First bank has a great team in place in their Morehead City branch. They have fantastic customer service. I left another bank because no one would answer their phones. Call First Bank and see how quick they pick up their phone and they are always willing to go the extra mile.

Friendly, personal service. No issues at all.

10 days for deposits to clear. If they don't want to do online banking they shouldn't offer it.

They are cleaver at coming up with fees.

From my "safe" deposit box five thousand dollars were stolen. This bank can NOT be trusted.
