My new bathroom is beautiful! The design process (selecting the tub, cabinets, tile, paint color, everything needed for a beautiful bathroom) was easy with the help of LeahAnne. The carpenter, electrician, plumber and painter were all professional and friendly. The carpenter even came out one weekend to make sure the job was completed on time. I am so pleased with the bathroom that I will be calling on Thompson Price when it comes time to remodel my kitchen.

Great experience! From design to construction, everyone was professional and friendly. The design team was very accommodating - since we went from an original small project to a much bigger design, and helped us figure out how to get everything we wanted in the space.

The staff at Thompson Price Kitchen, Bath & Home were all very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They listened to our vision of what we wanted our guest bathroom & powder room to look like & made suggestions that were very helpful. Laura Scanlon was great to work with; she helped make the entire project go smoothly from beginning to end. She offered various design ideas, materials & color combinations for both bathrooms & we worked together to select the products. The craftsmen who did the work were friendly and skilled in their specialty & did an outstanding job. We used Thompson Price for our master bathroom remodeling project 5 years ago & we were extremely happy with the results so we decided to use them again for these two projects & are equally as pleased with the results. Overall it was a very positive experience, they use quality products, have great workmanship & a fantastic staff! We would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a remodeling project.

Our kitchen cabinets are just beyond beautiful. The rounded corners and detail are so amazing. Construction is solid and function is perfect. The new window makes the kitchen stand out even more.

Thompson Price just completed our guest bathroom renovation and we are completely satisfied. We were so happy with their work with our Kitchen and Master Bathroom so we knew to call them again for this last project. They provided floor plans to choose from that matched our budget. Their showroom and personal designer helped us make decisions on everything from the counter top to the wall color. They completed the project as discussed and promised.

We had a great experience with Thompson Price! Our bathroom tub/shower walls had 4-inch tiles which were falling off, with damaged drywall underneath. We didn't want to have an entire bathroom renovation, but Thompson Price was willing to handle this smallish size job. With their help, we picked out Onyx panels (gloss finish Cappuccino) for the walls. About 6 weeks later, their craftsman came here on a Saturday and did the entire job in one day. It included removing all the tiles in the tub/shower, replacing the damaged drywall with greenboard, and cutting and installing the Onyx panels in the shower and around the window above the tub. He also installed a handheld showerhead. Great products, great workmanship, super sales staff!

We had our master bathroom and a hall full bath remodeled, and Thompson Price did a fantastic job! Their staff was very friendly, their products are outstanding, and the results were better than we had expected! We would definitely recommend them!

From planning to the end product, all persons involved performed excellently in their area of expertise. The communication among the office staff and professionals (owner, designer, plumber, electrician, carpenters, painter, mirror, window, countertop and shower door installation personnel was exceptional! Hope I didn't miss any one! This project ran like a fine tuned machine! I especially liked that this office provided a one-stop shopping experience. No extra trips or time was required to various locations throughout the city to shop for countertops, cabinets, flooring, etc. Appreciated the idea of a final walk through to assure the customer was completely satisfied. I LOVE my new master bathroom! I highly recommend Thompson Price Kitchens, Baths & Home.

They look expensive, but the final result is packed with value. They have a house line of cabinets that were cheaper than what I could get at Lowes, and looked a lot nicer. Tom and TJ are very knowledgeable and helped us design a kitchen that is fun to cook in. Had them come back two years later and do our bathroom. Another great job - had one minor problem and Tom stopped in personally to check it out.

detailed planners, pay attention to customer needs, excellent quality product lines, and talented carpenters. They arrive on time, clean up well every day, and get the job done on time.

Excellent service & help

The design team did a good job, but the contractors and some products they used and recommended were not up to par. Congoleum Duraceramic flooring is a mess and began chipping as soon as it was installed. TP recommended we wait and see what happened after install was complete. Will never do that again! After they had our money, there was little we could do. The floor warranty is not worth paper it's written on and got nothing but the run around from TP and Congoleum. All Congoleum has to do is send an "expert" out to say it's the homeowner's fault and you're not covered. Now when the floor is in such poor repair, TP tells me the warranty has now expired....thought it was a lifetime warranty. Other issues: grout cracked where countertops meet tile backsplash (should have used caulk) and paint is coming down from kitchen ceiling, due to poor prep.
