Had to come and change my review sadly. She did a color correction and made my hair beautiful I was in love and thought she was my person! Then I came back this last time and I think she was distracted because she was going out of town the next day . She knew my hair was sturggiling and breaking off slightly on the sides and I told her I wanted lowlights and to keep it as blonde as possible still. She said so a shadow root ? And I said no because I wanted my natural roots , I wanted to keep it as blonde as possible . She said she took that as make it as blonde as possible and added baby lights . So my hair is completly fried off , when I washed it it just clumped together and fell out in chunks . I cried in my shower for hours and I cry everytime I look at myself now. I was told I have to chop it all off now . I told her I wasn’t happy the second I realized she did lowlights and she argued and said no you told me make it as blonde as possible but I know I didn’t say that and even looking back at texts I said low lights a bunch . I texted her seeing if she’d make it right and even offered to pay the first text (till I washed my hair then realized my hair is ruined) then I explained the situation that’s now my hair and she never responded . Paid 150$ to ruin my hair for the next year plus and I don’t even get a reply . I waited to post this review seeing if she’d reply or make it right but hasn’t happened in days so far when she’s always been day of responsive .

I absolutely love Bella Donna Hair Boutique. Hailey Is so talented, she knows exactly what I needed for my hair the year I walked into her salon. My hair was damaged and she knew how to get my hair back to the best condition and healthy again. I have been going to her for years now. She is a true artist at her profession and can color, cut any type of hair. Having natural curly dark hair and always wearing it straight and blonde she uses her talent and the best product for all hair types. She cares about her clients and I absolutely feel like she is family, she will have me as a client for life!
