Rhodes Club Fitness

Rhodes Fitness Club has lots of great equipment, 24/7/365 access, Silver Sneakers for us old folks, but most of all it has Doc Rhodes.

Doc cares about the people who work out there.

Previously I signed up at a Silver Sneakers location. They asked enough to confirm I was Silver Sneakers eligible and that was it. Doc asked enough questions to know some of my basic medical background and set me up with some basic exercises on a record chart.

I have been going to Rhodes for almost a month. Doc checked in with me when he caught me in person (I've mainly been coming after hours) and he has checked up on me twice via the workout card he set up for me.

As I have continued to work out, he has added extra exercises and repetitions as few at a time. The workouts seem to be helping out and I feel like Doc understands the difficulty of an old guy like me, cares that I am not overstressed/overworked, but still cares enough to give gentle pushes on to better health.

Bottom line is Doc cares enough to pay attention and give me the guidance I need.

Definitely check out Rhodes if you are wanting to put in an effort to get healthy and need support. Rhodes is great!

Karen and Doc Rhodes are fantastic. I’ve had a full knee replacement and they have been so helpful and knowledgeable about what I need to rehabilitate my knee. I would recommend them to anyone over traditional physical therapy

Mr. Rhodes is so friendly and kind. I enjoy the atmosphere, and Mr. Rhodes helping personality. From the moment I walked in the door Mr. Rhodes helped me with everything. I even watched him work with the blind. He has such a warm heart. Amazing place to go and work out.

Awesome old-school weightlifting gym. A bit crowded with a lot of machines in one of the two rooms, but overall the place is pretty big and they have an excellent variety of equipment.

This place is the BOMB!! They have a Huge cardio and circuit training with multiples of everything for all levels of fitness.
The weight room is massive also.
There is yoga Monday and Wednesday mornings at 815am and Brazilian jiu jitsu also.
When you join, one of the several fitness trainers will custom build a workout for you based on what level of fitness you are and will continue updating that as you progress!
They also have a wonderful space with a hot tub, sauna, and steam room!!
They have a smoothie bar and the environment is great for ALL AGES!!
They also accept silver sneakers through humana! I am 37 and that is what I have!
And the membership is only like $15/ $20 a month!!

Family atmosphere. High level equipment. Enough machines for everyone. Two Saunas and a hot tub. Clean Showers. Lounge area in locker area. Ju Jitsu training area. Arobic room. Smoothies and supplements available. Very nice management. No egos so everyone is comfortable reguardless of age

Doc and everyone else there was so welcoming. They have a vast array of equipment for lifters of all types. An amazing experience. 10/10. Could not recommend enough!

Amazing staff, group of excellent professionals, clean, welcoming, great atmosphere. Plus there is a Martial Arts School , Sauna, Steamroom, big variety of machines and classes like yoga fitness and more. I highly reccomend this gym.

Going is just like being with family. Doc, his wife Helen and Faith their daughter are always there to assist. The smoothies are better than Smoothie King.. Best place to workout.

I loved the vibe of this gym . I was visiting form out of town for a few weeks . The owner was so helpful in offering me a rate for my stay so I could still get my workout in. It has the feel of an old gym where people come to work and I love that about it!

Great club with a friendly clientele. Fully furnished and decent line up of classes, spin, aerobic, yoga, step, etc. Used by serious lifters as well as regular fitness folks.

Lots of machines and free weights. Open 24/7, friendly staff. E-Z parking.

Great staff, great equipment, clean. They have meals and protein drinks for purchase.
