We took some old boat paint in and Matt was able to work a miracle and get it mixed back up. The store is always clean and everyone is always very friendly. The store is stocked with just about anything you could need.

I always enjoy going to the true value hardware store. The workers are awesome. They always have exactly what I'm looking for. And although it may be a touch more expensive than Walmart, I would rather do that than drive all the way out to Walmart and have to park and go in the store and so on and so on.

What a great store, had everything I needed, the stuff that the bigbox stores would never have. Nice staff, and Bill is a miracle worker.

Normally I go to "Slowe's" because I get a discount using their card. After stopping at this particular hardware store, I'll go here first ! Friendly people and never seen a neater and tidier store.

This is a great place for all hardware needs! Their service reminds me of how things used to be! I’m handicapped, and time and time again if they see me, THEY MEET ME AT MY CAR DOOR! When I’m done, they carry my purchases out to my car! I’ve never, never had service like that! My last trip, I was walking in, and the man ahead of me opened the door, then asked me if he could help me find something! He was one of the new owners! Congrats to the new owners! You have my vote, and my money!

Wonderful store with knowledgeable staff that greet you when you walk in and willing to help with your needs. We needed Marine stainless wood screws for our sailboat and they had exactly what we needed and worthy advice when they learned what we needed them for. They also had the teak oil we needed. We will be back! Highly recommend for any project you are doing and if they don't have they will send you to who will or if you can wait they can order for you.

Ms. Mary is the best! I first spoke to her on the phone and she was so helpful. When I got to the store she surpassed my expectations. She is an asset to the company. Thank you Ms. Mary for your time and help.❤

Very clean store with friendly staff. It has a clean atmosphere where things are easy to find despite the stores size. Priductsbate clearly marked and they have a wide selection of products (like nuts and bolts) also the day I came in they had free popcorn!

Love shopping here. Never have to deal with crowds and they are always ready to help you find what you are looking for. Cost may be a bit higher but the convenience and thier professionalism is worth it.

Too many times I have been here, received EXCELLENT service EVERYTIME, they will hold off the phone rings for the customer in store.(unlike dominos, autozone, big name corporation,etc.) So if you ever call and no one answers first ring, it’s only because they are truly putting value into their customer service. Bill, Sherrie and the other guy I can’t think of his name right now they all deserve a pat on the back. If they don’t receive raises every year, they should start because this helpful crew deserves it. Thank you again I will always return

First time tonight shopping here and was greeted, asked if I needed assistance immediately and a few times while there, both were helpful and very courteous. All I could ask for on top of good selection and pricing of hardware, etc. Thank you.

I needed a special gate key made - Lowe’s made one but it did not work - needed this key on a Sunday afternoon - they made the key & it worked - so grateful & appreciate the great service!
