Mirror Mirror Hair Studio

Today was my first visit to "Mirror, Mirror". Laura was kind enough to work me in, at short notice, and I appreciated that very much. She took her time and listened to how I wanted my hair cut, and then made some suggestions. I am very happy with how it turned out and I would highly recommend Laura to anyone needing a great salon experience.

The stylist at Mirror Mirror are the best! I need to get my hair looking good for my daughter’s upcoming wedding in a week and Bailey did a fantastic job!! It took me a year and a half to find a hair salon that has the knowledge and professionalism that I am accustomed to moving here from Raleigh. I am so glad I found this salon after trying several in the area. They have me as a customer for life! The owner, Laura will always make sure everyone leaves her salon happy and completely satisfied.

Amanda did magic on my hair!!! She is super kind and went above and beyond. She went over every aspect of what she planned to do and how much it would be before doing it so I wouldn’t be surprised at the end. She stayed two hours past closing time blow drying and curling my hair. Laura and Amanda were so fun to spend the day with! We were joking around and eating snacks while we waited. I’ve never been to a salon where people were so kind and open!! Will recommend highly!

Today, Laura worked her magic on my hair. It had been at least 7 months since anyone had colored or cut my long hair, and due to the summer humidity and sun, it was in bad shape. However, Laura’s vision and knowledge of what needed to be done allowed her to update my look, and as an added bonus, she made my hair look healthier! Thank you! I absolutely love it!!! ❤

Amanda is Awesome! When I first met Amanda my hair was a mess. She had to cut a good amount off, and now my hair is so healthy and it's the longest it has ever been. She knows her stuff and she will make sure that when you leave there you feel beautiful and not just on the outside she makes you feel beautiful on the inside as well.The whole atmosphere is wonderful. Everyone is so inviting and fun to be around.

Came all the way from New Bern and I throughly enjoyed my time here. Laura took care of me and coloured, cut, and styled my hair and did an amazing job! She communicated with me the whole way and helped me decide what style I wanted and what would work for me.

Laura is a great stylist, highly recommend. On my first visit, she was able to correct the cut and give me the style I needed. I’ll definitely go back.

Amanda is such a professional and knew exactly what to do with my hair. I was looking for a natural look since the last stylist fried my hair, and she did an amazing job. She is so bubbly and her personality was so worth every second! Definitely recommend, 11/10!!!

I asked Riley for a beard trim and a fade and she went above and beyond! Very precise and clean work and very personable. Laura, the shop owner, and Brittany, the esthetician, assisted with a beard conditioning treatment as well and were both so nice!

I got my haircut by Amanda today and she went above and beyond! She went over everything including how to properly wash my hair! Nobody has ever been that thorough at a cut before with me. All of the stylists were very friendly and sweet. Salon was clean and upscale. I had a bad experience when I was younger at a salon and have been very scared to go to anyone new. This is my new go to salon!

Amazing hair and makeup artists for weddings! We had the best day with the 3 ladies from Mirror Mirror! My hair and make up trial was exactly what I asked for and the day of all of the ladies looked absolutely stunning. All the girls got exactly what they asked for. They made our day super fun and low stress!

Absolutely loved my experience here, they were able to take me in right away. Tammy was my hairstylist and cut my hair amazing! The staff was super friendly and fun, the salon was very beautiful and clean. Highly recommend

New to the area! I was extremely nervous I wouldn't find anyone who was experienced with naturally curly, textured hair. I researched and decided to give Mirror Mirror a chance and scheduled a color only because there was no way I was ready for a trim. I have had my fair share of stylists who are not familiar with naturally curly hair. Laura was so thorough and very knowledgeable. She walked me through everything step by step, giving me her expert opinion and options. She could tell I was extremely nervous. She calmed my nerves to the point I felt comfortable to let her do a trim/cut. She checked on me several times asking if I was okay. She was an absolute gem! I appreciate her expertise and transparency. Already booked my next appointment. Amanda is very warm and welcoming and the reason I booked with Laura in the first place when I called. Thanks for a fun afternoon ladies!

This salon is amazing! Laura knew exactly what to do with my hair before I even took it out of my bun. I’m normally hesitant for people to cut my hair because nobody seems to know how to work with curls. Laura was very knowledgeable on my hair type and did a great job. The atmosphere is calm and inviting as well. I will be coming back here every time I visit home.

Words cannot express what a Hair Artist Laura, (the owner) is! I have never experienced a more client focused stylist in my 60 years on earth. She has such vision! She took me from looking 50 to looking 40! I had been stuck in a rut and she asked me to trust her and I did and I am so happy that I did. Not only is she a talented hair artist, she is so much fun and so caring! I would recommend Laura of Mirror Mirror to any and everyone!

A friend recommended Laura after my regular stylist was unavailable. Laura is professional and experienced. She walked me through a color selection and gave a great cut that left my hair feeling healthy. The salon is clean and neat.
