Anic Enterprises

I have been staying at the Clydesdale Apartments under the Anic Enterprises umbrella since 2021, and so far, my experience has been excellent. I have enjoyed the following:

- The apartments are modern with nice hardwood floor and laminate throughout.

- The apartment has been spacious enough for me to have a living space and have a dedicated room for my office.

- The apartments are quiet for the most part except for the occasional neighbor in the hall.

- The whole team has been professional and friendly.

- Maintenance and Tammy specifically have gone above and beyond to help me if issues arose in a timely manner.

- Had absolutely no issues with pests and rodents.

Overall I’ve really enjoyed living here.

When I moved to St. Louis in January 2020, Anic Properties stood out for their attention to detail, accommodating tenant needs, and responsiveness. Tammy is amazing when responding and taking care of issues. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the Anic Properties provided an affordable, safe, and wonderful living experience. The only reason I left was because of a job relocation to the Kansas City Metro. Highly Recommend!!!

Great customer service from "Tammy" she had an amazing personality, and is an professional at moral support for potential renters. She will go a mile for your concerns or needs to help you feel at home! We need more hands on care that in this business it goes a long way!!!!

This place is great. Tammy was amazing, went above and beyond to try to help me get a place. Unfortunately it wasn't big enough for me and my daughter. But I would not ever hesitate to recommend Anic enterprises or properties for a place to live. Thanks guys for all the help.

I loved living in Anic Townhomes for many reasons. What was intended to be a one year transitional year of living turned into 4 1/2 years. The townhome is updated and lovely. I have found the employees of Anic to be reliable and easy to work with. I have never experienced a problem due to Anic’s negligence and they always did their best to correct any problems I did incur as quickly as possible. And this location is amazing! My kids and I walked to the farmers market and other restaurants and business around town. And I’ve always felt safe. I am very pleased with my experience here.

I highly recommend renting with Anic Enterprises! I personally lived in a two bedroom apartment in the Clydesdale location for three years. When needed, it was always very easy to communicate with the kind and patient property management staff and maintenance staff. Tammy is one of the hardest working people I have ever met and will go above and beyond for the tenants! The property itself was well-maintained and quiet. Paying rent and requesting maintenance was always really simple and convenient using the tenant portal. I will definitely recommend Anic Enterprises to anyone who is apartment hunting!

I have had the pleasure of renting from Anic a total of 3 times. Each experience has been nothing short of amazing. They are so professional, friendly, organized, trustworthy, and attentive. I've had the pleasure of working closely with Tammy each time when searching for the perfect place for me and she is the absolute best!!! She is sooo sweet and truly provides exceptional service. She does a phenomenal job at listening and identifying your needs/wants to ensure that your experience is tailored to those things and you find the right place for you. I couldn't thank her enough! Anic utilizes a great app that allows you to make your rent payments and submit maintenance requests online which is super super convenient. I truly wouldn't to rent from any other company. My husband and I rented with Anic for just over two years and had such a positive experience from the very beginning. They were so great at getting back to us if we ever needed anything. Our apartment was very comfortable and we greatly enjoyed our time there.

I've been with Anic Enterprises as a tenant for about 2.5 years. I've rented a 1bedroom and a 2 bedroom apartment respectively. Moving to the USA was an extremely stressful experience and trying to locate housing in a country I've need lived before was even more stressful. After being introduced to Tammy I was sold. Tammy ensured I had all necessary information to make an informed decision about housing. Tammy went about and beyond making sure I had everything needed to have utilities set up, she even reached out to make sure I was doing ok. Words cannot express how grateful I am to have met Tammy as property manager, all my work orders were resolved in a timely manner. I have absolutely no complaints about Anic Enterprises and I would definitely recommend these apts to everyone!!

The process was very fast for me to be able to rent an apartment and I was very happy that I chose to rent with them. I have greatly enjoyed my time with Anic - and that is due in large part to their property manager, Tammy. From day one she always went above and beyond for us, and made an effort to make sure we felt at home. She brought a level of both professionalism and kindness that I had never experienced in my renting journey. My experience with Anic Enterprises has been nothing but positive. Tammy Howard does everything possible to make sure that you are happy with your apartment. If there were ever any maintenance issues, they took care of it right away. The apartment was newly renovated and looked very nice. They take time and screen their applicants, which many places do not do. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The only reason I am leaving is because I bought a new house. Anic Enterprises has a reputation of taking care of their tenants.

Renting from Anic Enterprises has been the best experience renting I have ever had. They are responsive, helpful, and kind. When I went to tour one of their units without an appointment, Tammy rushed over and immediately showed us around. She told us she had even lived in the same unit as her first apartment when she was younger and personally vouched for how nice the apartment complex was. She was nothing but kind and helpful. This was my first rental experience post graduating college—I would recommend this company to young people and families alike. They are always quick to answer maintenance requests, and are extremely respectful of your things and privacy. Their units are also fairly priced, affordable, and well maintained. If you’re struggling to find a reputable management company to rent from, I 100% recommend Anic, you won’t be disappointed!!

I’ve lived in this apartment for at least 15 years and can’t imagine ever moving. Bernard and his staff go out of their way to keep the property pristine and attentive to all tenants needs. They respond to issues in a prompt and professional manner always. I’m blessed to have found this place!

My husband and I loved renting from Anic. They are very quick to respond to maintenance requests and are always readily available to help!! The apartment was clean and beautiful when we moved in! This company has been so great to work with. Tammy goes above and beyond to make tenants feel welcomed and safe/at home! I was a newly single mom so timid to move in to apartment living, & she made me feel less anxious and made the whole process so easy. These apartments are so nice & clean! Let me start off by saying the manager Tammy Howard, is the backbone of Anic Enterprises. She’s very responsive, very helpful! And so great to work with.
She has a lot of patience as well.
She ensures every apartments cleanly level is TOP NOTCH.
I wouldn’t want to rent a Apartment or Townehome from anyone else! They really ensure that their tenants are taken care of, that everything is clean in all the buildings. And their units are all beautiful! I recommend them highly!

I really enjoyed my experience with Tammy the property's manager. For the first time I spoke to her, she was very compassionate and accommodating. She tried her best to find the perfect place for my son and I in our price range. As my son got older we out grew our little apt. But it was perfect for the time we spent there. maintenance was always on point as well.. this is a company that truly cares for it's tenants..
